I had an amazing experience at BMW today. From the time I entered the building to the time I left, I received top of the line service from Joshua Lewis who was very patient and detailed. His warm personality extended to the 2 other persons who accompanied me. He was able to intelligently answer all my "many questions". Please ask for Joshua if you go to BMW. Victoria concluded the transactions. She was super sweet. She gave a great explanation of the procedures. A big shout out and thank you to Joshua and Victoria.

I chose this dealer even though it was in the next state because the dealer near me could not get the car I wanted and kind of gave up. I called after a web search and the agents were friendly and accommodating. Matt (at the dealership) was easy to deal with (no pressure) but provided suggestions and alternatives that were good. Jonah in the finance area made excellent suggestions and we ended up leasing the vehicle. No complaints, just a very long process.

Excellent Sales Experience

I will say that I am not a fan of the car buying experience. I dislike the made up going back and forth to the manager and upselling when it’s time to sign papers. This was not the case. We worked out the price for trade and car before I arrived. With the understanding that my trade may be different once they were able to see it. We were in the ballpark after review, I was able to sign and leave with new vehicle in minutes not hours. They also applied a veterans discount that I was not aware that I qualified for.

Upgraded my 5th BMW to a brand new '24 X5 M Competition....the real "fully loaded" version and absolutely love it! The team at Century BMW was great to deal with as always. The pick-up experience exceeded expectations as they took all the time needed to get me familiar with all the new/latest features and invited me back for more as i break it in.

Professional, no pressure

Josh was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and personable. We purchased a nice, CPO vehicle, from Century BMW. The dealership was very patient with us as we drove in 4.5 hours from out-of-state. We will definitely be back when it is time to replace one of our other two BMWs. I cannot say enough about Josh and his patience and help to get the "deal sealed"!

No service followup

This is my second BMW and first bought at Century. The sales people were the only ones to call me back but once I made my purchase not one person answered or returned a phone call. I service department is absolutely horrible. Again once you make your purchase not one person will call back or answer their phone. I live 1.5 hours from the dealership so it is important that I speak with someone to explain my issue so I don't make a needless trip. They don't seem to care about their customers after the sale is made. From top to bottom personnel is terrible. I would fire all the staff and start over. When I was in CT I had much better service. Maybe it is just the southern way of doing business, I can only guess.

Service Department - 2 Thumbs Down!!!

I've been using Century BMW for 11 years and not because of the great service department either. Only because they're the only dealership in the Greenville area. I can go on and on with my poor and aggravating experiences but the latest is 2 hr wait for a scheduled oil appointment. Of course I couldn't wait so I left and paid $90 at Firestone. I'm asking myself what is the sense in buying an expensive maintenance free car when you cannot maintain it with BMW. Disappointed again!!
