The sales group is not trustworthy. Came to an agreement on the price of a vehicle based on a competitive quote I provided and advised I was going to get loan same day. They sold the car without advanced notice to make additional money and left me with a loan I no longer needed. Jason Orvin, Sales Agent lead me to believe our deal was finalized and I could come back with loan to process the sale, I even offered $1000 down but he did not need per Jason. I later went to discuss the matter with Manager Ken Carter as my vehicle was sold from under me as well as the 6 hours of time from my business day I lost. Ken had nothing to offer but a very sarcastic apology while the sales agent sat in the managers office and laughed through the glass walls. #baitandswitch #shadycarsalesmen

I bought a 15 Optima and they calculated the tax wrong. I live in GA, not SC and they had no idea what to do. I am officially the first person to live in GA and buy a car there! I paid $200.00 more than required and cannot get in touch with anyone to get it back. KIA America was of no help either- they said "all dealerships are independently owned and operated".

I've bought dozens of cars over the years and this is one of the top two best sales experiences I've ever had. Saleseman Tom Caminiti was honest, helpful and had excellent follow-through. All the sales managemet people were excellent, and the tone is very customer oriented. A great place to buy a car.
