Worst experience and worst management

onThis dealership is exactly why car dealers have shady reputations. Gordon is a coward. Said he would call me right back after I tried to buy a vehicle for 2 days, then never called back. Be a man, Gordo. I reached out to the owner, no call back. Called dealership multiple times over 2 days and each time the people answering the call acted put out that the phone was ringing. If this is their service before the sale, just imagine if you buy from them and have a problem. I will never buy from this place or these people.

Really horrible customer service

onI don't know what is going on with the service rep Tabitha, but she really needs to reevaluate her job with the public. I wanted to do a nice thing for my mother and scheduled an appointment to have CarPlay installed in her 2018 Camry. $300 later (for a software update) my mother came in to pick up her car. I specifically had asked if they could just assist her with connecting the phone to it. I was told it was no problem. Well apparently when she got there a few things this Tabitha said to her was. 1. You don't even need that I don't even have that in my car. (Don't care, I'm PAYING for this) 2. We don't do that. (It's your job or someone there) This is a service that was paid for and offered by Toyota. If you aren't sure how it works or how to assist, FIND SOMEONE. Don't be condescending and don't be rude. Luckily there was another advisor Christopher there that overheard the whole incident and stepped in when Tabitha walked away. He assisted my mom in getting her phone connected and a quick 5 minute walk through. This was perfect. THIS is what you should expect for customer service. I have worked in the restaurant/bar industry for over 20 years. People like this Tabitha need to be put in check. I see from the other reviews this isn't an isolated incident, yet apparently the management at this dealership just don't care. All in all, travel to another city if you need help with your vehicle and avoid this place. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

Full of lies

onAmen to the bait and switch, Talked to Savannah On Friday Evening, July 6th, told her what I wanted to look at, gave her all the info, and what we had to work with, and she said looks great and would work, go there after driving from Conway, just to be told no, but they wanted us to buy a new Toyota, the one we were looking at was not a Toyota. Chad the sales man was nice, Manager acted like he could care less, and never heard from Savannah......I am like one of the other people, would not have gave them a star, but had too, But on a good note if you are hungry and looking for good food go to the Long Grain Cafe, Great food and people.

onIt is always a great experience at Florence Toyota. The staff is extremely friendly and they take the time to explain any extra service that may be needed when bringing in for regular maintenance. I highly recommend them.

onI have been visiting Florence Toyota for years! They have great service and they always take their time to explain to me the details of any issue I may have. I take my Toyota there of course but I also take my Dodge Van there as well because I trust them so much! Love those guys!! Debbie S

onExcellent service. Great dealership to work with in making a great buying experience. Would recommend Florence Toyota to everyone. The staff was awesome. Troy McGarrie was our salesman. He helped us to find the car with everything we were looking for in a new 2018 Camry. He took the time to go over all the features and helped us to make this smooth transaction. He is a great person to work with and will make you truly satisfied with your choice. Would recommend him to everyone. Thanks for making this a great experience.

onI really enjoyed working with Journey Newland. He was very responsive to my questions and worked with me the entire time. When I asked for something to be ready (paperwork), it was always ready when I arrived at the dealership. I would certainly work with him again.

onWhen I came in for my oil change I was welcomed by Dylan Morrison. He did an awesome job taking care of me as a customer. My first experience wasnt so well but the second time was great thanks to him!
