Perfect sales experience.

Salesman Mike Henry answered all my emailed questions quickly and directly. We set up a test drive, car was ready, Mike gave a brisk but useful explanation of the car's features. Bought the car two days later: closing was fast and efficient. Staff were friendly and open. No pressure, no games. Can't imagine a more agreeable and pleasant sales experience.

I was doing some Internet shopping, specifically,for a Mini-Van.My Wife,is handicapped.I thought that a van would give more access to her. Mike H. picked up on my search and gave me a call. WOW! Am I glad he did! He had found the perfect vehicle for us. It was handicapped equipped, with an extendable,hidden hydraulic ramp, for her scooter. There was no pressure sales! I told him to give me his best price and he did! We clinched the sale,then and there.He promised to do some additional repair items after the sale. After ordering parts, he promptly scheduled to work to be done. Kevin, in parts and service, worked with me, to schedule the repairs on my time frame! Thanks! M. Bailey, Union, SC

Wonderful buying experience. We went to another dealer first thinking they had better prices. When we got there we learned they would not honor their internet price. They were pushy and condescending. We went straight to McKinney. Mike and the whole staff at McKinney were great. We got the price we wanted and the trade-in value we needed. It was low stress and no pressure. We love our new 2014 RAM 1500. We were in and out in an hour and fifteen minutes. No pressure to buy extra options or extended warranties.

We visited McKinney Dodge Jeep 3 times to look at Jeep Wranglers. They have a large inventory with a great variety. Our salesman was Tipp L. He is great . . . a tremendous professional that employs a no pressure sales experience. He is very knowledgeable about the Wranglers and is very friendly and personable. Once we decided on the one Wrangler to purchase, the entire negotiations, signing the paperwork, arranging financing, etc was easy and quick. The entire process was one of the best new car purchase experiences that I've had.
