Not only did they put me in the car I wanted without trying to convince me I needed something else, but they also educated me on everything I needed to know about buying that car. I will only be shopping here in the future. True family dealership.

My first experience at Dick Dyer Mercedes

Over the past several years, I became interested in owning an E350 Sport. Showtime's "Ray Donovan" was the inspiration. Ray's Mercedes is bigger and more powerful, but the E350 Sport seemed like a suitable substitute. Ronny DePalma was my first contact at Dick Dyer. She was outstanding. She responded to the two stock numbers in my initial inquiry. I arrived at the dealership and asked for Ronny. She introduced me to Brad Magan who told me everything about the E350 I was most interested in. We test drove and I was impressed with the E350. Brad introduced me to Jerry Green who went through all the paperwork with me. It was an excellent experience. The entire staff was always ready and willing to answer and provide direction to all my questions.

No Integrity

I wish I could give them no stars. I spoke with Hank Dyer on Friday. There were 2 small paint spots that needed touchup. Hank stated that it would be Monday before it would be fixed. I agreed to buy the car. A copy of the cashier's check and other paperwork was texted to Hank to prove I was buying the car. Hank gave his word that the spots would be touched up and that the car would be held for me until Tuesday. I live 2 hours away. On Tuesday, I called to schedule pickup of the car to be told that it was sold on Monday. I now have to cancel a cashier's check and have no new car. Very upset and disappointed in the lack of integrity and trust from this company.

I worked with Barbara Bethea. Unlike the stuffy service I received at competitors, Ms. Bethea embraced me and did not try to convince me to buy a car. Her honesty and patience were definitely appreciated in making my decision.
