I EXPECTED BETTER

I set an appt with RH Dodge for 4/7. I ended up dropping my car off to Rick Hendrick on the night of 4/2 bc it wouldn't crank. Got a call Monday said they would need to fit it in due to other appointments. I understood bc I was early. A tech was assigned my vehicle on that Wednesday. I heard nothing Wed/Thurs or Friday which was my appointment date. Long story short. I didn't get my truck back until Friday the 21st and that was after calling and putting pressure on the dealership. My advisor never communicated with me on part delays or anything important regarding my vehicle. I had to ask for a quote. I kept having to call for updates and I was met with attitude until I spoke with the Manager. When i got my truck back i was missing a key. I was supposed to hear from my advisor on that issue Monday. He never called. I called to find out it was thrown away. I was supposed to hear back on Tuesday about getting a new key. It's Thursday and I'm sure I won't get a call but I will be calling them. Bad communication. Bad customer service. Will not go back. EVER!! I would rather pay more money elsewhere.

Tire repair

My tire pressure warning came on in my truck telling me I had a low tire. I called the dealer and talked to Gabriel. He told me to bring it in so they could look at it. Upon arriving I was greeted by Gabriel and my truck was immediately taken to the back. Several leak tests was done and there were no issues. The tech and Gabriel both checked the tire again and still no issue was found. The tech put air in the tire and returned the vehicle to me. Gabriel made me feel comfortable in letting me know, should there be any problems to please come back and he will help the best he can. Gabriel was helpful and informative through the whole experience.

Didn't fix that car

Took my vehicle in to have the shifter cable replace due to a current recall. My car would not come out of park because of this, the dealership said that it was fixed but a day later it happened again. I took it back and they had it a day and a half, they finally called to tell me that now my transmission shifter solenoid was bad and that it would be $800 to fix. I took the car immediately to another mechanic because the dealership said that it wasn't part of the recall and I didn't want to pay that amount if I didn't have to. The other mechanic told me to take it back to the dealership after he looked at it because more than likely they caused the damage when they were replacing the bushing. I called and spoke to the manager and he told me that the tech said they didn't damage it and that the recall was all they were told to fix and that they weren't told to fix the issue with the car not coming out of park. I have the paper work that states why the car was there and it states that, that was the reason I brought it in.

I had Such a great experience at rick Henderson dodge! My saleswoman Brittany provided exceptional service and got me a really great deal on a lightly used 2019 Dodge Charger Blacktop EDT. They treated me like family and were very supportive of my active military service. I was able to do the entire negotiation and purchase over email, so it was completely hassle free. This is my sixth purchase of a vehicle and was by far my best experience provided by true professionals in the business. Thanks again to Brittany for taking such great care of me, always having my vehicle detailed, and a full tank of gas every time I left the lot. I even asked for a minor scratch to be fixed on the vehicle provided on my contract. They had me back in within a week to fix the repair and again had my vehicle detailed for me. Can’t go wrong using these guys! Hassle free, stress free, no pressure purchase🙌🏻
