Wow! The team at Rick Hendrick BMW does it, again with hiring amazing staff for their sales department. Sam Morrow is a wunderkind when it comes to his knowledge of all vehicles, not just BMW. But that knowledge about all vehicles helps you find the perfect car for your interests, needs and budget. He doesn’t pressure you, but his excitement about the driving experience seems to mesh well with your own personal experience while you’re driving. But more than that, he has an answer for all of your questions. Not once did we hear, “I’m not sure. I’ll have to look that up/ask someone else.” That confidence comes from doing his homework and knowing the product - each product - whether it is a BMW or not. That confidence translates into very positive experience from test drive to driving off the lot in a new BMW. You will leave the lot in a new vehicle knowing that you have made the best purchase decision possible and you will be thrilled with your purchase. Great Job!

Been coming here, off and on, for 12 years. Honestly, several years ago i had some issues with this dealership. Had some work done and they actually left tools under the hood and some of the engine covers were not completely installed. Also, some of the associates were borderline rude and they looked overworked. This time around, great attitudes, knowledgeable associates, repair completed with a complimentary car wash...which i didn't get last time. Great Job!

took vehicle in on time for 8:30 appt for recall notice and left vehicle stating I would pick up at around 3 PM and was assured that it would be ready. I was asked if I wanted to wait but I had arranged for a ride and declined. I was there at around 3 but did not get my vehicle back until 6 PM.

Good work, Poor clean up

Job was done great, radiator replacement but smelled coolant residual for two days, looked under hood coolant splatter and dry spots. Could have at least cleaned under the hood after work completed. And my engine cover is busted up as well.
