Too easy!!

My salesperson, CJ, was fantastic start to finish. He even offered to advise me as my original plan involved me purchasing a car at Carmax. But after selling my truck to HH BMW, and seeing a certified pre-owned BMW that I liked, I knew that going elsewhere was a mistake. I knew it was different when CJ stated, "wherever you purchase the car, I am here to help in any way I can". He gave me the opposite approach from a standard salesperson as there was no pressure to purchase at all. It was exactly what i was looking for. No pressure, no gimmicks, everything was clear and upfront, and no surprises. And I didn't waste my entire day in the dealership. They have a very friendly atmosphere and this was the quickest vehicle transaction I've ever had. Don't go elsewhere.

Took our 230i in for three year service. Had a couple of minor problems that I spoke to Pavel about. He was able to understand the problems and was able to get them clhandled properly. He communicated with me a couple times during the day with status. Was a pleasure working with him as he seemed to really be committed to providing quality support.

The process was super smooth and we had a couple extra hurdles with my situation to which Stephanie had the solution. Also, the BMW Genius Ronnie Charpie set me up so I knew every inch of my new car before driving off the lot.

2012 BMW 650

I brought my 2012 650 that I bought from Carvana in for a couple of defects I noticed. Kristen, my contact in the service department, was fabulous. She negotiated fully with Silver Rock, kept me informed nearly daily, and coordinated the repairs needed. I did not meet any of the technicians, but hats off to them for finding some defects I had not detected and for repairing everything so well. I am very pleased.

Mini service

I called yesterday to get my mini's battery registered, they were able to get me in first thing this morning. I got sent 3 separate videos showing what was to be done, the issue they found (the battery wasn't installed properly, negative and positive terminals were loose and the positive was arcing), and the third video was a complete inspection of the underside, showing and telling me what was good, what was bad and informing me of common issues with minis. All of which I had no idea about. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, or competency of both the advisor and gentleman who worked on it. They saved my car from catching on fire and made it so much more pleasant to drive.
