I never felt pressured at any point during the entire car buying experience. Complete professionals staff the dealership. Everyone we met smiled and said hello, and genuinely cared about or well-being throughout the experience. Loved working with Andrew and Johnnie. Although Andrew was new, he gave a easily relatable demeanor and very friendly and able to answer all my questions, then when partnered with Johnnie it became a dream team of people who knew what they were talking about but cared for the individual. Very happy with my purchase.

Sitting area was nice and not overcrowded. Service was pretty quick compared to past experiences. I reckoned scheduling for early morning.

Parris Island Graduation

We were on our way to pick up our new marine when engine light came on and car started acting funny. We live 1300 miles away, the service department check out our car, and had it fixed for us so that we could get home safely before extending our time in the area, especially when this was the weekend before Hurricane Dorian, thanks for helping us get home safely

Great Experience

Great experience with Vaden of Beaufort. I had my idler pulley and serpentine belt come apart about 20 miles from Beaufort. I got a rollback to carry my vehicle to Vaden of Beaufort. Walt the service manager took care of my problem. Since the vehicle could not be assessed until Saturday he provide me with a loaner so I was able to continue on home to Savannah. On Saturday he called to tell me what needed to be done. On Sunday he called to let me know the vehicle was repaired. I could not get back to Beaufort until Wednesday. He worked with me on the delay. Great customer service, Walt did a great job. Very efficient and courteous. I have had my vehicles serviced and repaired at Vaden in Savannah for 25 years and they have always given me great service.

Great service!!

The professionals in the Service Department found my cars problem and with expertise gave me the best solution. Problem solvers!! Honestly, I did get a second opinion which is why Vaden will be the ones doing the work on my car. The second opinion said the recommendation to correct my cars problem, was correct!

I had very poor day trying to be a repeat customer at Vaden. I spend 3 hours trying to make a deal with them and every car that I looked up online was offered a price at minimum $10,000 more than the prices advertised. Vaden claims they can beat any offer by $1000 but they couldn’t even honor their own prices.

Recommend Vaden of Beaufort Service to no one

recently discovered after purchasing only a rim from Vaden of Beaufort Service department that the incorrect tire was replaced. A used tire was replaced on the rim with metal showing throughout the tire. I contacted the service department manager in regards to my issue and was informed "you did not purchase a tire from us." I informed the manager that that was correct and that an incorrect tire was replaced on my car. I sent pictures of the tire on my car versus the other tires with substantially different tread. I was informed that I must show proof of having purchased new tires and that this would be further looked into. I contacted him a week later and was informed the IT department would be looking through the security tapes. I never received a response after that. I went to this company because I was informed they were well respected in the Beaufort community and am disappointed the lack of care and complete disregard to a small error that the service department did. I do not recommend Vaden of Beaufort Service Department. I've been to fast food restaurants that have more accuracy and respect for customers.

Limited service options

I am disappointed in the availability of services. I live in Ohio, my son is currently stationed at Paris Island. He owns a 2015 Chevy SS. All he said he would like for Christmas is an oil change for his car. So I was going to get him a gift certificate for an oil change that he could use to schedule his appointment at his convenience as he is on a very busy schedule. I feel that this would be a great selling point for your business. When I spoke with the lady in the service department, she was not rude, she was polite, but your service department lacks in the “going over and beyond” in a situation that has an unusual request such as this one. She did say that payment could be taken over the phone, but that I would have to schedule the day and time, well that is not possible for me to do when I don’t know what kind of schedule he is working. If I lived in Beaufort,South Carolina, I would bring his car myself, but as I stated, I live in Ohio. I would think as a business that you would want to feed your business, not starve it. It’s just plain disappointing, when you cannot be with loved ones who are serving our country, but to not be able to get them something as simple as a gift certificate for an oil change...well that is just sad. No High Pressure Sales Putch

I definitely felt comfortable dealing with my sales rep Jake. He listened for what we were looking for. On my first visit I said that I was going to go home and think about the purchase and will return the next day. He never made me feel pressured into buying and made the time the next day to finalize the deal. I also purchased a few aftermarket accessories and he scheduled and followed through to see that all the installations were complete and that I was satisfied. I have walked out of other dealerships due to high pressure salesmen. I highly recommend Jake and the dealership for the way they conduct there business.
