The entire sales staff at Elmwood are a pleasure to work with. This is the 5th vehicle I've purchased from them; and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again; and most certainly will again in the future. From Al, my salesman; Jay, the sales manager, and Vinny, the finance guy; it was a no pressure, and easy decision to go with this dealership. Although I have a long standing relationship with this dealer; I have sent dozens of friends there over the years; and every one of them I believe; have become return clients. Because I no longer live near the dealership; I perused other closer to home dealerships; and found that most were either unwilling to work a reasonable deal with me; or just plain insulted me on what they would give me on my trade. One dealer met the trade in value; but wanted sticker on the vehicle minus a small %, and couldn't touch the financing offer that Elmwood gave me. Elwood not only gave me what I desired on my trade-in; but gave me a price that the other dealer said was "impossible" and would be a "loss of thousands" to the dealership; and I quote again-" buy it if they'll do that deal; but there is no way they will". Well; I'm here to tell you that they held up their end of the bargain and then some! If I didn't think it would be a huge waste of my time; I'd take the paperwork to the other dealer just to prove them wrong! Being that it was the end of the model year with the new ones out in a month; they didn't have the model I wanted in stock; but aquired it at another dealer which cost them some $s; and they still held up their end of the bargain! Jim, the service manager, took the time with me to discuss the extended warranties, and which one would suit me best. Once I picked which one; I was given a great price for it as well! All in all; it was just a pleasure doing business with them again; as I feel like I am treated like family there. To top it all off; Vinny secured me a finance rate that beat my own local banks offer. Bottom line;If your in the market for a new car, truck or SUV in a brand that they sell; you absolutely should have them on your "short list" of dealers to do business with.
