My search for a newer Jeep narrowed to an offering close to home. I worked with Emerson at the Stetler dealership - he answered my every question about the vehicle. In addition he spent an hour and a half with me after the purchase to make sure I was familiar with all its features. I am a very satisfied buyer!

Car was brought in for insp. Was told wipers needed to be replaced as it was not clearing the windshield. The old wipers were working perfectly. I had to get new ones to pass insp. Nothing else was needed on the car. I have bought 2 cars from you, the 2nd was brand new and have come to you for decades for service. I feel totally ripped off. I don’t trust bringing my car to you anymore. I have my old wipers if you would consider showing me what the tech saw that he failed the wipers, otherwise I won’t be back

Lease Buy Out - Awful experience

Leased a Jeep back in 2020 and went in for the buyout and change over process. US Bank was a workout and did everything possible to make it difficult for the dealership for us to purchase. Surprised that Stetler was NOT aware how to handle this challenging bank. No one communicated with us about the service performed on our Jeep, and it was extremely shady. Vehicle has only 15K miles and they stated without telling us that it needed new breaks and rotors interesting that when it was just inspected by them there was no mention of this issue. We will be taking our business elsewhere, very disappointed with their leadership and lack of clear communication. We had to figure all the extra charges on our own. Great experience with my Salesperson - JB and the awesome shuttle drivers. Everything else not so much. You need to do better!

Came in to take advantage of a coupon for a oil change and tire rotation. I have a Wrangler jk with a spare tire on the back. I asked to have the spare included in the rotation and was told no problem. Never had a problem before with service but when I got home I found the spare was not included in the rotation. Didn't feel I should run back in and wait again so I switched it myself.

Multiple issues with my Jeep wrangler that were in need of service. Almost completely done in one day's time. Spark plug issue from moment I tried to drive it after being serviced. They found the problem and took care of it quickly the next morning at no additional cost. Will continue to use as my Jeep service provider.

Great Service, Confusing Pickup

I was super happy with Stetler's auto service. They fixed my van that had been having issues for about a year and the cost was what I expected for a dealership garage. The mechanics did a fantastic job and got it done quickly! They left no mess in the van and no dirty fingerprints or smudges. Greg was my service advisor and was very helpful and kind. The only reason I took a star away is that I called to check on the van one day and the gal on the phone told me it was ready to go. My husband and I packed up our whole family and headed to the dealership, only to find out that she was wrong. The van was not ready. We had to leave and come back the next day. It wasn't a huge deal, but just a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, I'd recommend them for service!
