Dealer's web site offered a 2013 Mazda 3 with 9K miles for $14900+, a good car at a very fair price. When we went to the showroom with a printout of this deal, the price jumped by $2000 to $16900+ due to "computer error." Digital bait and switch?

I really enjoyed how #1 Cochran Mazda accommodated my needs. I left them know before stopping I wouldn't have much time. They called me to make sure I was still stopping that day which allowed me to give them an exact arrival time. I was there 15-20 mins & told them what I wanted and the price I wanted for the 2015 Mazda 3, and they responded quickly back to me, and the deal was made. They went out of their way to get the color I wanted for the specific model, and left me know about the financing also the same evening. I didn't feel pressured at all and they left me in control of what actions I wanted to take about purchasing. The day I picked up my car all the paperwork was explained to me in detail, and everything was very organized. Any questions I had they answered them. Everyone was friendly there, and I felt very welcomed. I would recommend anyone to go here.

I went into Cochran Mazda looking for a car to replace my beloved '05 Volvo S40. As a single girl and first-time new car buyer, I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get a good deal. I'd done my research ahead of time, and narrowed my choices considerably based on safety, reliability, fuel efficiency, and overall cost to own. The Mazda 3 was at the top of my list well before I drove one. I was relieved when Jamie Birsic took me just as seriously as any other customer. He had me behind the wheel within minutes of asking for a test drive, and was very patient with my questions. After his initial offer, I told him the amount I was willing to finance. I spent a maximum of about an hour at the dealership, including the test drive. Over the next day, Jamie and I negotiated further, and he ultimately offered me an amazing deal on both my trade and a 2014 Mazda 3i Touring with a tech package and a handful of other options. I would have been crazy to walk away! When I came that night to sign the paperwork and pick up the car, the process, including financing, was easier and more streamlined than I expected. Jamie helped me configure the technology on the new car, and I was off! My experience was great - it's not the first great review I've heard of Cochran Mazda, and I'm sure it won't be the last.

The sales staff were friendly, open, honest and no-pressure. Negotiations were conducted quickly and respectfully. The starting point in the negotiation was the Edmunds TMV (true-market-value), which meant most of the negotiation centered around the value of my trade-in. I would give five stars except for the fact that there is currently no dedicated Mazda showroom. The Mazda vehicles are on the VW lot and the Mazda sales staff work from a room just off the VW sales floor. There is a big empty lot next door where the Mazda showroom used to be.
