Changing a deal after signature.

Went to purchase a car at the dealership. I was trading in two vehicles.Sales associate asked me to sign a piece of paper indicating price per month and term of the lease. after agreeing to the price and the term I signed her paper. the sales manager also signed the paper. Removed all items in both vehicles. Also had to have a friend of mine pick me up and go back home and get the other vehicle. Transferred insurance. After all of this the finance guy showed up at the desk. I signed all of the paperwork. then he brings out the contract for me to sign. The term was one year less on the contract this devalued my trades. They did not want to make any adjustments. At this point I had to swap insurances, Drive one car home and get a friend to take me back to the dealership and pick up my other vehicle.

Great experience! No stress and love our car!

We recently purchased a used 2017 Kia Sedona from Scott Pizzi at Kia in Springfield. What a great experience. I called ahead to asked some questions and mentioned the car we were interested in seeing (from the website). He recommended I make an appointment, which I did. We got there and the car was waiting our front for us to look at/test drive. Scott is super easy going, not pushy and did everything in his power to make us happy....even staying late and coming in early 2 days later to meet us so we could finish the sale. I needed the title of my trade in to sell to them (which they gave us significantly more for it than we anticipated!) but they still let us go home with our vehicle that night. Shawn and Kristen (the financial managers that we dealt with) we fast and efficient...and very friendly. Even one of the sales managers that wasn’t dealing with us remembered us when we came in the second time, greeted us, and made a joke with my husband from the other night. Truly, best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The only thing I’m upset about is that the dealership is about 45 minutes away and we won’t be getting our car serviced there, since there is a closer Kia dealership to my home. Hopefully the people and customer service at that one are as great as Springfield’s!

Excellent Experience

My experience at Scott Kia of Springfield was great. From the service team member Melvin who I spoke to in regard to my original vehicle, to the sales team member Keith Williams who helped me with my Lease choice. Working with him put all of my concerns at ease, and his follow-up has been much appreciated. Working with Kristen was a pleasure. She made sure that I understood every page signed including my trade information. The General Manger Ed was there greet and ensure that everything was going smoothly. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming. The dealership itself was comfortable, bright and provided many areas that allowed you to wait comfortably. The ease in which the process went with full understanding of my choice ensures that I will highly recommend Scott Kia of Springfield to friends, family and even strangers.

Fantastic Buying Experience

We're from Delaware and the car my Wife was interested in was at Scott Kia. We traveled about 60 miles and the experience we got was well worth the drive. From the saleman Rick Torres to the Sales Managers Jared Zangwill and Tony Lapinski to the Finance person everyone was friendly, personable and genuine. Unfortunately I forgot her first name but her last name ended in Rose. They did everything they could to help us make the best decision for us. Just when I thought this wasn’t going to happen, Jared got us to the point where we could go home and think about it. But no pressure. Then I gave them a couple of options that might work for us but my wife just wasn’t interested in them so when I called to tell them we were going to just hold off, I got Tony who really just made this happen and so we have the car that my Wife wanted and a dealership that we can trust with any future Kia purchases. There was no pressure at all to buy and everything that we agreed upon even verbally was confirmed at signing. We would definitely buy from this dealership again and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a Kia. I have bought many cars thru the years and I would say my experience with most dealers has been ok at best but some were just plain bad. I have had some that were very good for the most part but I can honestly say from the time we walked in until we drove away in a new car 3 days later, the experience has been exceptional at Scott Kia. Third time's a charm

We just purchased our third car in 6 months at Scott Kia and as always, they did a great job for us! They even enrolled us in their Scott Kia Advantage Program that gives us credit toward service and future purchases! Kudos to Alan and Rob for another great job!

Never Again

I'll start on the one positive note that there it.. Ron, who was my car salesman, is hands down the best person who has ever sold me anything. I was so impressed with his efforts and drive and he was the ONLY positive part of my experience! My experience that happens to still be going on. (Meanwhile I got a vehicle months ago.) Ron was amazing he laid out all of my options from leasing, to buying used, to buying new and he really helped me leave with the car that I wanted at a price within my budget. He is actually the reason I leased from Kia opposed to Nissan. (Nissan offered me more miles and features so it made more logical sense to lease from them BUT Ron was so amazing and worked so hard from the time I walked in to get me what I wanted, when I wanted and at the price I wanted it and because of him I went with Kia.) I probably will NEVER go with a Kia again... I don't know who was worst Sean, or his boss Steve. When it was time to do my paperwork with Sean he acted like he didn't even feel it it, as if I was being a bother to him... (I'm sorry for coming to get a car from the company you work for and they asked you to do your job... How dare they?!?!) Sean lied and said he'd been calling me for 3 weeks after I got the vehicle and he hadn't called my phone once, I finally get in touch with his boss Steve who makes promises and I still haven't heard back from that man, he's apparently too busy with interior decorating to handle business... With that being said, I now understand why Sean feels so comfortable providing poor customer service, his boss does it and allows it... The communication within their team is terrible, they don't talk to each other which is probably worst than not communicating with their customers, which they also struggle with... Ron thank you for carrying your team here and allowing a part of my experience to be delightful!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I bought a car from these jerks and because they have issues with my husband they are refusing to work on my car or do oil changes. They are discriminating against me because of my husband.

Scott Kia is a great place to look for a car, everyone there was very nice. I was surprised they were helpful and understanding to my needs. Leone was my salesperson, he went well beyond of what I had ever seen in a car salesman. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car, you will feel like home there. I look at my car and thank them so much for their time and understanding.

Extremely Satisfied

I met with Jim on Saturday morning. We discussed exactly what I wanted. My car of choice, the 2017 Sorrento EX with the exact features that I wanted was not readily available, as I had been unaware the Beige Leather interior was not available with the color vehicle I wanted. He and Frederico did however, find some acceptable alternatives. I was offered a good trade-in price for my 2012 Chevy Equinox. They also honored the price Listed as excellent in my Allstate Motor Club Car Buying Service. We shook hands on the deal and I left, being that they needed to have a car delivered. Frederico asked me as I was leaving to just send him an email as to what color car I would like. A couple hours later Frederico called me back with great news. He was able to get a car that was loaded with extra options that I hadn't even requested. They rushed to get it ready, and I was able to drive it home that Day! You can imagine I was thrilled and very thankful that I chose Scott Kia to buy my car. Another one to mention is Tom Stelzer, whom was able to get me a great price on the extended warranty, which turned out to be the icing on the cake. He went over all the terms with me clearly and was very pleasant to talk to. I'm a firm believer in teamwork an your staff exemplify the meaning of that. I plan to recommend Scott Kia to all of my friends and plan to be a life-long customer there. My wife and I love our new car! Thank You once again David Hall

IT WAS GREAT WHILE IT LASTED

I Purchased a 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid in May of 2I Purchased a 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid in May of 2015. I traded in a 2015 Kia Forte because of paint peeling. I took the hit on the payments. I upped my payments instead of doing lemon law and such. I asked if Apple Carplay can be installed. I was told yes, there will be a download for it and your car will be abe to get it, a year later and Carplay is finally out. I cannot download the software. the delaership said that they could put me into another 2016 Kia Optima and the payment would be $102.00 a month more. why should I pay for their mistake? are you kidding me? you sold me something and told me if would have a feature and neither you or Kia Motors will say anything or do anything about it. I was told that they could put another radio in but they would have to cut my dash. the is total BS. I looked up the 2014 through 2016 radios and they are the same dimentions so now what? how aoout fixing my issue? I bought multiple cars form this place. I would love to rate them -5
