Exceptional Service

My park brake actuated on locked on the right rear. Had to be towed to R & R. Service department diagnosed the problem and corrected the problem. Very professional and caring staff including the service manager, service writer and technicians. They weee concerned about saving money and limiting repairs to only those components that were a clear safety concern. Excellent communications - kept me informed on the status of the costs.

I had my Chevy Colorado serviced for some routine and some not so routine maintenance. Service was done to my complete satisfaction and in a timely manner. The service associate was always professional, courteous, and kept me in the loop. The not so routine maintenance included a software update to my onboard computer system that proved to be a challenge. With persistence, they overcame the problem.

Very weak dealership!

I purchased a high-end Corvette from this dealership because they had the car I wanted to buy, but the overall experience was very poor. The salesperson I was assigned had no clue about the car and provided zero in assistance. Since I was paying in excess of $10K over sticker, I would have expected better treatment from the sales department. The finance guy was fine and I was very pleased with him, but the overall experience was very bad.

I needed a turn signal replaced and the weather did not cooperate so I had to have the dealer change it. I got a quote from the dealer and I thought it was high but I had a coupon for a free oil change so it balanced out. When they went to replace it they ended up having to remove part of the bumper and it took over an hour. The service may honored the quoted price even though it would have cost me double based on their labor rate.

For the most part I had a good experience. I was just disappointed that the gas tank wasn’t full . I was also surprised no one showed me how to work anything on the vehicle. I never had 4 wheel drive before so it was all new. I pretty much had to take the vehicle home and find different things myself. But all in all after many years I finally bought a Jeep Wrangler. Very excited.
