I don't know what happened to Cotters. We purchased three vehicles from them in the past. This time they told us they found us a vehicle. We talked, called them and told them we would take it. Ok, we thought. Called the next day, to see if it was there, bad news, now they can't get it. Said they tried all day to get this vehicle, don't believe it. Didn't even call us to let us know there was a problem. Since it was their problem they couldn't get us what we wanted, what are you going to do for us now? Not a thing! We really wanted to buy locally and really wanted a GMC, but they are more worried about what goes into their pockets, than their customers. Won't buy from them again. Watch the salesman, he lied to us, he will do the same for you. Sad, the owners don't care about the customers. Please print this, I have typed two other reviews and for some reason, they aren't on the web for others to see.
