Great place to deal with

by jsheds2 on 09/27/2016

I've bought 3 vehicles at Ciocca Quakertown this year with excellent service every time. Trade-in value was great and Big Mike went out of his way to find the truck I needed. Thanks for the great experience.

Quick, Easy, and Enjoyable Experience

by FFEMT17 on 04/23/2016

On April 21st I purchased a used, 2006 GMC Sierra 1500 from Justin Stranere at Ciocca Ford of Quakertown. I had financial hardships in my past that put me in the basic car I was in for some time. This car was worth far less that I owed on it. I came to Justin after learning of his success in selling vehicles to family members of mine and he came highly recommended. I now know why that is. He not only made the process enjoyable and easy, he was extremely helpful, as was the rest of the sales team there at Ciocca. I told them I needed a miracle and they delivered! With my day to day job, and work as a volunteer firefighter I needed something bigger and with four wheel drive to get me through the bad weather and to haul equipment and things around. Other dealerships I tried turned me down and gave me the “run around”, except Justin and the Ciocca team. I immediately was greeted and sat down to talk about what I want and what I can do, not what they wanted me to do. Justin made sure to show me all aspects of the vehicles I was looking at, the good, the bad, the Carfax, service records, all of it. He wanted to make sure there was nothing I didn’t know. I drove away from that dealership with a truck I needed and love, an interest rate cut in half from my previous deal, and an amazing payment and coverage plan! I would recommend Justin Stranere and the Ciocca Sales team to anyone looking for a car, truck, or SUV of any kind, new or used. I thank you Justin and your coworkers, you have earned a dedicated customer, and my utmost gratitude! Keep up the great work! Josh Laubach Quakertown, PA

Low Trade Values

by oldman317 on 11/01/2015

They may advertise the lowest prices, but they more than make up for it by low ball trade values, high pressure extended warranty/added features, and a very arrogant management team. When I cancelled my over priced extended warranty I thought they were going to jump me. Then when you don't get your refund for over two months and you tell them about their dissatisfaction, they tell you to bugger off. Please do yourself a favor and go to a more progressive dealership that wont play the low low low trade value game.

Used Car Sales Dishonest/False Advertising

by LindaGa on 10/12/2015

DO NOT BUY a used car from Ciocca Ford of Quakertown! They treat you like dirt once you make the purchase. They are dishonest and falsely advertise. They take expensive, advertised parts off of cars but don't lower the price or change the ad. They falsely advertised a clean car fax. When we test drove the car, there was a thumping noise which they promised they would fix. I was undecided about buying the car but they told me there is a 90-day warranty from date of purchase. We bought the car for $25,000 with taxes and had to fight to get it fixed. It also came with an exhaust leak (not sure how it passed inspection, but I know it was there when we purchased the car because it quieted down once they finally repaired it). Service could not help me without an approval from the GM (either the sales department or I had to cover the bill, yet I had been told there was a 90-day warranty). GM called me, acting annoyed, and I explained I wanted the repairs done at no charge since there is a 90-day warranty. He told me that warranty was for powertrain only, but I was told by the salesman (and he wrote it down) there is a 60,000 mile factory powertrain warranty on the car. Why would they give me a 90-day warranty only covering the powertrain when it was still under a factory powertrain warranty? GM okayed the repairs (which should have been done prior to my purchase) but within 24 hours I discovered there was potential transmission failure from a mechanic I know who test drove the car. I told serviceI need the problem diagnosed when I bring the car in for the other repairs. Sure enough, Ciocca detected a power loss problem but it didn't appear to be the transmission, and Ford engineers recommended diagnostics. They sent me on my way, knowing I would have to pay for diagnostics elsewhere. All recommendations from dealers I contacted insisted I take the car back to Ciocca to diagnose and fix since I just bought the car less than three months ago. This car was not bought off the bargain lot! This is extremely stressful and time-consuming I have bought many used cars in my lifetime, and this is by far the worst experience EVER.

Great Dealership!

by sheller5246 on 09/03/2015

My husband and I drove to Quakertown this past weekend from the Poconos, which is a little over an hour drive, just to purchase our vehicle from Ciocca Ford. Everyone we interacted with and worked with really had our best interest in mind and did whatever they could to help. We would both highly recommend Ciocca Ford, especially our sales person Zach and the manager Ag! Moving forward, we will forever be Ciocca customers.

Got me in a new Mustang when 3 other dealers couldn't bother

by pastangnut on 07/29/2015

Yes, the title is correct. I was in the market for a 2015 Mustang ecoboost, and contacted 3 dealers, all of which turned me down for financing. One dealer ran my credit and said it wouldn't be possible, the other 2 didn't even bother, and just told me they couldn't help me. My problem was, is that I wanted to trade 2 Mustang GT's that both had loans, one being about 8 thousand over what I figured the car was worth. After some more dealer searching, I found Ciocca Ford in Quakertown, Pa. This was going to be my last shot before I just gave up and kept my current 2 cars long enough to pay the loans down some. I emailed, and then talked to Ed Simpson. After explaining my situation, Ed said he thinks he might be able to help me. I filled out the online credit app, they ran my credit, and then I was told to drive to the dealership. We drove down on a Saturday morning and was greeted by a salesman named Devin Kroll. The dealership, and particularly the showroom was beautiful.I test drove 2 different Mustangs and decided on a manual shift ecoboost. I gave them all my info while I was there, and within 2 hours I was approved by finance manager Caleb Wisler. I gave a deposit on the car Saturday, and drove both old cars down Monday and picked up my new car. As for my experience with the staff at this dealership? I cannot say enough how professional, and courteous, Devin, and Ed, in sales, and Caleb, and Pete Dobrowolski, in finance were to me. They treated me with the utmost respect, and listed to, and answered every question I had, and I had alot. I have bought a ton of cars, both new and old, but this has been the best experience I have had, hands down. I am getting the word out to everyone I know, if you're in the market for a Ford car, GO TO THIS PLACE. To close, for both my used cars I traded, I was given 19000, and 11,500 trade in value. Both these figures far exceeded what I thought they where worth, and I know Mustangs inside and out. This really helped me with a monthly payment I could afford. And Devin, you are one hell of a nice guy and a great salesman. I'll be back for my next Mustang. Thanks again to everyone, Ivan

Not impressed with them at all

by david_wayne on 02/13/2014

Not really thrilled with the dealership. The used car I purchased needs a four wheel alignment, the wipers wer shot, and the sales pitch for all the extras was WAY too long. I arrived during a snow storm and had a 2 hour drive back, and the finance guy insisted on showing me all options for increasing my monthly payment. This wasn't my first time buying a car, and they did their best to drag the process out for about 3 hours. I picked the vehicle up on Sunday, and was told there would be a full tank of gas; it was 3/4. I asked for an ice scraper (didn't care how cheap) be placed in the car for pick up; it wasn't. Floor mats were left stapled together, in the trunk. No one even opened them and put them in place. Now, these are all minor things, but this dealership repeatedly said how important customer satisfaction is to them ... if that WAS TRUE, I would have expected these things to be done. Would I go back? Probably not. Would I recomend them to a friend? Probably not, and definately not to a family member.

Arrogant and dishonest

by Butrflyab on 12/08/2013

Did not honor what I had been told over phone, email, and text. Gave way toooooo low on trade, and tooooo high on sales price. To make it worse, put my trade on their lot for 7k more than they gave me without fixing any of the supposed problems that caused the low trade value! Just plain dishonest.

Sneaky Sales team

by vishv on 10/16/2013

I wanted to buy a Mazda 5 from these guys. I found the car, we negotiated the deal for 10,500 out the door including documentation and temporary tag, excluding tax. They ran my credit and approved me for Financing. Here is where the story starts. I ask the sales guy what's the interest rate. He says your payment is $270 (seemed high to me). I said I don't care about the payment, whats the interest rate. He says I have to go in and find out, so he goes in and gets back to me with the rate. The interest rate given and the loan amount doesn't tally up to the payment he mentioned earlier. So when we are ready to sign the papers. I ask the finance guy, whats the loan amount. He dodges my question. I say, I am not signing anything until I see a break down of my loan amount. That's when he reveals that my loan amount is 14700. I was shocked, how the heck did a $10,500 out the door car become $14700. I ask him to show me the entire document. What I find is, they added some $2000+ extended warranty with out my consent, some $800 bucks for something called Gap insurance, again with out my consent, and few other charges. At this time, I realized there is no freaking way I am doing business with these [non-permissible content removed]. I got up and said, we are done here and we left.

Great Price but beware of Extended Service Agreement

by plumberdad on 05/21/2013

Dealt with Bob on the internet and phone. All information that I received was quick and accurate. Initial price listed on internet was the price I paid. No hidden costs like, rebates that aren't applicable, delivery charge not included, etc. This seems to be a popular gimmick for other dealers with low prices listed on the popular car websites. Warning: Be prepared for pressure to purchase extended warranty and service agreements.

GREAT FIRST TIME CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE

by eliraa710 on 01/11/2013

I walked into the dealership and instantly was greeted by Danya who introduced herself and made me feel right at home. She informed that the General Manager, Ag was out pulling a car around for me to test drive. While waiting a few minutes I fell in love with the Ford Fusion SE that was parked in the middle of the showroom, it was perfect! Tuxedo Black exterior with black cloth seats and the full my touch program. Ag then came in and told he had another Fusion pulled around in the same exterior color with some minor differences. I ended up test driving and immediately feel in love with the car. Its got great features, very smooth, really hi-tech and such a joy to drive. I decided on the car located in the showroom which they moved out for me in order for me to drive, instant gratification. I had found the car for me! After several hours at the dealership, I walked out a very happy man! Being that it was my first time leasing a brand new car, I was extremely impressed my the customer service this dealership exhibited. They were very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable! I highly recommend this car and Faulkner-Ciocca Ford! The entire staff, from the General Manager to the sales team is truly satisfactory and I will definitely be continuing my business with them in the future!

High Pressure Condesending and Rude.

by leviarnie on 01/06/2013

I arrived at this dealership and my sales person was "Z". Z did not know his products very well and misstated information on the vehicles horsepower and other features. Throughout the whole buying process both Z and the Manager continually told me that I was taking the vehicle home. The price of the vehicle at one point in time came back over a thousand dollars more than we had been previously talking about which when I told them about it they claimed it was a typo and lowered the amount. They undervalued my trade by over a thousand dollars and when I called them on it they agreed to give me the appropriate amount and acted as though I should be extremely thankful. Both Z and the manager were extremely pushy about filling out their ford credit application even when I indicated that I would like to use my own financial institution. At one point I indicated that I wasn’t sure that I was getting the best deal and Z angrily stated that the dealership wasn’t even making any money on this deal! (Since when do dealerships give vehicles away?). This was unreal. This “Great” (sarcasm) experience ended when I said that I would like to take the numbers with me to look over and I would give them a decision the next business day. At that point the manager got agitated and stated that he would not honor the deal if I didn’t take it at this exact point in time. This conversation ended with both the manager and I exchanging heated words and I left the dealership. I highly recommend that you never step foot in this dealership as they are sleazy and dishonest. Avoid Z and the manager at all costs. Zero stars if possible.

Wonderful experience!

by stl17046 on 12/01/2012

I visited the showroom on a snowy Tuesday morning. I had made an appointment to view a Mustang they had in their inventory. When I arrived, the Mustang was in their heated bay, clean and dry and looking great. I was hesitant to take the Mustang out for a test drive but I'm glad I did because it was the drive that convinced me this was the car I had been looking for. Ron G. and Scott made the rest of the deal very easy, treated me with great respect, and within 3 hours I was driving my first Mustang home. Over the last 3 days I have put the used Mustang through its paces with long highway drives and a full day of city driving and I have no complaints. For an 8 year old car she runs and drives like new!

BUY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

by dodger64 on 04/30/2011

Steer away from this dealership!!! I have never experienced such a lack of customer service as I did at this dealer. They are the epitome of sleazy used car salesmen. I purchased a vehicle here that started having squealing, chirping tires 5 afters after we drove off the lot. When I brought it back less than 24 hours after the purchase, the general manager Scott Carita was incredibly condescending ("Do you know what As Is means?") and he did not even want to take a look at the vehicle and correct the issue. He was willing to have it serviced if I PAID for it. As I was not going to give another dime to this company, I took it to my own mechanic and found that Faulkner Ciocca had improperly installed brake pads which was the cause of the noise. I have never experienced such a lack of concern over customer satisfaction from a company. They've permanently lost any future business from me and I would encourage others to go elsewhere if they want to have any rights or value as a consumer! (p.s. I would give ZERO stars if I could)
