Waited for 4 months for my new vehicle and the price did not change even though I received the next model year due to the delay. They even held the price of my trade in after more miles were on it when priced for the trade. Great Dealer

Most parts of the sales process were very good. The most notable was the very knowledgeable sales person on the vehicle I purchased. I was not totally satisfied how the trade in deal evolved.

I like that I could have a woman sales person.she was professional, very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. very friendly. Dealing with her made buying a car pleasant which I had never experienced before. Rohrich has great incentive program that makes it worth going a little farther to get their service. all the staff was nice and courteous which I can't say from other dealership that I've been to and walked out without buying. I love my car and had a great experience there. would recommend without hesitation.

The whole staff was so nice and very easy to work with! Very knowledgeable! Found a scratch on my brand new vehicle the next morning and they told me to bring it up and they will take care of it. They were always willing to service and I appreciate that!
