Everyone at Sloane Toyota goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I recently had body work done. Not only did they do outstanding work but Danilo de Oliveira was pleasant and easy to do business with. He went out of his way to address any concerns I had and offered to provide a Lyft ride if I needed one during the time the work was being done.

Service for flat tire

I had purchased a certified used Toyota Highlander. My daughter had driven the car and had gotten a flat tire. She called Toyota care . They sent someone to fix the flat tire. Because we didn’t have the wheel lock for the tire it had to be towed to the dealership. The next morning Matthew called and informed me that they had the car.i had to flat tires and they replaced the tires and did an alignment. Matthew called and also keep me informed by text messages. Joe Darcy was also helpful. He ordered the tire lock for my car. Everyone was helpful at this service department.

Very Surprised!

I’ve been using this dealership for years and the last service I had (last week) was different. Everything was done as usual as far as quality, time frame, service provider details..however the “checkout” was horrible! First off, I had to “find” my own vehicle (in the parking lot) when the work was done. After locating it, I had to remove all of the plastic etc that they used while servicing it? I attributed it to the way of things since Covid. But this was shocking as usually the valets would handle this. Still is a great dealership/service.

Sloane has many well trained representatives in every department. I had the pleasure to work with Ling in the service department for my latest visit. Ling is by far one of the best customer service representatives I have ever encountered. She is professional, courteous, and highly efficient. She kept me abreast on the situation with my vehicle and explained everything very clearly. Sloane Toyota always provides friendly service and always demonstrates how much they value their customers. It is a great experience when you feel you are the most important customer no matter which department you are dealing with. Each member is thorough and never hesitates to explain when you don't understand. Friendly, courteous, top-notch service seems to be their motto. I have worked with the salesman Loc Tran on many occasions and have recommend many friends there. He consistently demonstrates that is is very knowledgeable, courteous and proficient.
