Acura of Limerick is working hard on fixing an issue I had with my original visit. I am very happy with the phone calls and hard work that Chris, the sales manager has been making to try to resolve my experience there. They do truly try to keep their repeat customers happy.
Original Review - I am a longtime customer of this dealership. Their internet sales coordinator reached out to me for an early turn in of my current lease. I made it clear when I spoke to him I did not want to put money down and wanted my payment to stay close to what it was. He told me that it shouldn’t be a problem since this was my 4th Acura with this dealership and they could get the deal done quickly and get me on my way since I have 2 small children. After a 40 minute drive and wasting an hour I was told my payment was going up from the 374 I was paying to over 400. There was no deal and th manager wouldn’t honor what I was told in the phone. Basically I wasted my time going there. I always spoke highly of this dealership because they honored what they said and made me a great deal. I’m not sure if there has been a change in management but I was shocked at how there was no push to make the sale happen. They shouldn’t have their internet sales coordinator making comments on what they think the sales person and manager will do for a customer. I’m extremely dissatisfied with how they did nothing to make this happen and did not care.
