What a great experience! I comparison shopped at other BMW dealers but found Faulkner gave me the best deal by far. They didn't try to grab extra cash through so called "fees" or by adding nitrogen to the tires. Their discounts were also the biggest. I test drove there and found the complete process, from ordering to updates to delivery to be above my expectations. When I picked up the car, the "BMW Genius" spent over 2 hours with me to present the drive system and answer all my questions. She was patient, knowledgeable, and allowed me to ask what was most important to me rather than a canned presentation. Everyone I have dealt with there has been friendly, caring, and willing to listen. I couldn't be happier with my new i3 or with Faulkner.

My wife and I wasted all but 3 hours test driving the X3 and X5 vehicles. First when we spoke about the financing they danced around the rates, then when we spoke with them about demo cars that had been discounted they provided us with every excuse they could use to dissuade me from selecting the demo model over a new fresh X5 with no miles. We used the excuses of, that's not the color that you said you wanted, next was that it had too many miles driven on it in a few short months, then it was "it might have been titled already so the financing might change", then and the final straw was.....we can't allow the same trade in value for your car if you choose the demo model. Clearly, Mr. Salesman was trying to keep us from buying the demo car that would have been priced $5,000.00 less then the "non" demo unit. My wife and I walked out. I will never return to this dealer or any of the other Faulkner showrooms. These people are just plain rude and very demeaning. Oh well, I will spend my money at Sun Motor Cars at their BMW dealer.

I had the most hopeless experience at this dealership. I was looking for a new BMW X5 and emailed them and set up an appt. On reaching for appt the front desk person told me that salesperson who had appt with me has left for the day. She called the manager who agreed to show us the vehicle. This gentleman ( supposedly the manager) quoted me an extremely high price for the vehicle even before showing the vehicle. When I told him that I had gotten some lower quotes in the area, he just turned rude and told me that he does not believe in the whole internet pricing thing. He further started saying that BMW sells X5 cheapest in US as compared to rest of the world and we should not expect any more discount. All this without even showing me the vehicle or talking about test driving. I never felt once that he was interested in selling me the vehicle. I spend less than 15 mins at the dealership. I thought to myself that if the manager is so rude, there is no point discussing it further. Next day I went to a BMW dealership in Mechanicsburg in PA. Extremely nice people, thanks to them, I own a BMW X5 now. My sincere advise, avoid Faulkner, it is just a waste of time and money.
