UNETHICAL [non-permissible content removed]!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!! I wish there was a 0 or negative number I could leave. I bought a car Friday and feel awful. I ended up financing more than the car was advertised for after giving a $4500 dollar deposit. How can you justify that, Car was advertised for 8,900 and I put down 4,500 and now I owe 9100. I know my credit is really bad. My husband started a business 6 months before Covid and was basically ruined because of it. My daughter totaled my car and I was desperate to get another. My embarrassment and desperation were the tools your business needed to scam me. Your finance department added on a warranty for $2,100 and other charges that made the sale price other charges that made the 8900 car now 13, 600. The kicker is the man was giving me a sob story about his daughter to distract me as I was signing and I fell for it. He never let me know about any of the ridiculous charges 2,132 for cac(????) and 300 for vehicle sentry protection. I know it is ultimately my fault for signing the crooked deal, but I thought the days of the shady used car dealer were long gone. I called within the hour of buying the car and the woman in the finance dept. claimed not to understand why it was on there ( I guess it was her 1st day because I'm sure I'm not the 1st). She said maybe it was the bank that required it. If so, isn't that my choice to decide if I want to pay more for the car than advertised and shouldn't the salesman have told me that I had a warranty, so it wasn't voided when I missed the first required service appt. I can not believe that this is how you do business. I may be a naïve buyer, but your dealership is unethical. I was supposed to hear back from Michelle in finance or my salesman Kyle Saturday morning, but as you would expect, I was never contacted.

The sales associated said they will fill up the car for me, and they refused to when I got there. The car was very poorly detailed and not prepped. They also stated that they can get any smoke out of the car, and they didnt.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I bought a new Hyundai Santa Fe from them; the finance guy sitting there is a smug and very irritating person. The sales guy seemed more like a friend to the finance guy instead of being nice to us. Faxing in the buyer's agreement was a big task for him. and they faxed an agreement with incorrect price, even after telling them 10 times that its not showing the correct value as i paid more cash down as written in the agreement. When i walked in to buy they told me a very very high percentage for the auto loan; after getting a loan approved on my own through my bank he got irritated further and was rude and misbehaving. He spoke rudely and threatened me that going through the process on my own might end up in not getting the car. The most rude people i have ever met. The finance guy was using sarcastic comments and a very rude body language like pushing chairs and siting in authority and tried everything to intimidate me and make sure i take the finance through them. Once all settled he behaved like a smug and didn't even do the paper work properly... They ruined my experience of buying a car. I would suggest not to go to them even if you have to pay extra somewhere else. After all the happiness of buying a new car was ruined by them and it was more like a harassment to go through this deal. I recently bought a car for my wife to replace the. Old reliable When I took my car in for inspection I have Tim bergey what I was looking for and when I wanted to buy he followed up regularly the entire time with recommendations this is second car I bought with Tim as salesman. I recommend you only deal with him for you new or used car needs

Horrible Experience

My husband and I went into Fred Beans Hyundai on several different occasions, in between doing additional research on the car we wanted and the price we wanted to spend. Each time we went in, we were hoping to make a better deal with them. They were not willing to deal with us, and in fact repeatedly gave us higher prices each time, as if we did not understand that's what they were doing. The manager came out to speak with us and made a spectacle in front of the entire place, ridiculing us about the offer we gave, in hopes to settle somewhere in the middle. They made it very clear they were not willing to deal and told us "they were trying something new called not losing money on cars." We then went to Ciocca Hyundai in Quakertown, had a fantastic experience, only spending 3 hours in total there, getting the exact price we wanted. Would not recommend Fred Beans, don't waste your time!

Great buying experience

We purchased an Elantra from Tim Bergey in January and unfortunately were involved in an accident in March where the vehicle was totaled. We returned to Fred Beans Hyundai, and to Tim Bergey specifically, to buy another Elantra in April. Tim was as easy to work with the second time around as much as the first! He listened to our needs and covered everything in great detail. We will definitely be returning to Fred Beans Hyundai when we need another car!

I've had the pleasure of working with Tim Bergey twice when in need of replacing a vehicle. I consider myself to be pretty knowledgeable about today's vehicles and am pretty picky when it comes to the parameters I'm trying to achieve with my purchases. Tim has incredible knowledge and experience in both the service and sales sides of the business and can speak to a car's long-running reliability or the lack thereof. I know that when I ask him his opinion, he is not just trying to sell me a specific model, make, or year. He's trying to find the right car to fit my lifestyle and needs and that's an irreplaceable quality in such a competitive market. Fred Beans is fortunate to have such a talented individual on their team, not only because he retains customers, but he sells a lot of cars, too. After I leased the Elantra, I was determined to purchase my new Sonata at Fred Bean through Tim. I got good deals and great service each time. I'll be back!

This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. I was recommended to make an appointment with Tim at Fred Beans Hyundai. From the moment I made the Appointment to when I drove out of the lot with my Hyundai Sonata I was completely taken care of. Tim and the finance team where courteous and respectful and helped me out every step of the way. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable. They did a wonderful job and I Will be going back again when it comes time to make another purchase.

Pleasant Experience

I generally hate buying a new car and will put off doing it as long as possible. But is was time again after 11 years and I had read good reviews about the Santa Fe 7 passenger model AWD. So I set up an appointment at Fred Beans Hyundai, even though the dealership is an hour away from where I live in NJ, because I have a relative who works for another Fred Beans dealership and she would get a bonus for referring me. Tim Bergey was assigned to take care of me and he made the whole experience quite pleasant - pricing, getting me a good value on my trade, and financing were all handled efficiently and professionally. To top off the experience, Tim even went out of his way to personally deliver the new car to me and pick up my old vehicle at a location that was about an hour way from the dealership in Doylestown.

My wife and I were looking for a new car. We though we could only afford a new Elantra. Tim Bergey showed us a few and then suggested for our family of four perhaps a slightly used Sonata would be better for us. They had the exact Sonata in terms of color, mileage, and price we wanted. We were going to be thorough and visit 2 other dealerships. But why? Fred Beans had our car at the price we wanted. Tim wanted us to be really sure, so he arranged for dealer tags to put on the car and said we could drive it for the weekend. Well, we came back and bought the car. No buyer's remorse whatsoever! We absolutely know we made the best purchase for our family. Tim was a huge help. No sales pressure or games. Just really nice people to buy a car from! And they honored the free 1st oil change as well...no hassle.

I contacted several hyundai dealers in the area and despite multiple negotiations Kyle from Fred Beans gave the lowest price without hassle. Next time I am purchasing a Hyundai I would just go directly here... He plays no games and I signed the deal in under 2 hours at the dealership.

Tim B - Fred Beans Hyundai is the man!

We leased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe about a month ago, in Aug, and Tim B was our sales person. We had never leased before and Tim went above and beyond in explaining the details about the lease, the pros and cons, and really made us feel at home at the dealership. In fact, when we go to Fred Beans Hyundai, it's like we know everyone there, they make you feel so welcome. WE got a really great lease deal on the Santa Fe, that worked really well for us, and Tim went and found the specific color we wanted, with the options as well. All in all, we have been buying form Fred Beans Dealership for years, and this is our second Hyundai. I never thought I'd own 2 Hyundais, and besides the car's reputation as a great value, a big part of the decision is where and who you have to deal with regarding service. If you don't like the dealership, and the people in it, you probably won't want to buy from there. That's not the case at Fred Beans Hyundai. It's a really friendly dealership, that we have come to know and enjoy taking our cars there for service and routine maintenance. Everyone makes you feel like you are the number one customer, and it's always a good experience. I cant say enough how much we enjoyed working with Tim B.
