Darian Castillo @ Bob Ruth Ford, is the best vehicle facilitator, I have ever experienced. She made my purchase of a 2019 Kia Soul so seemless and easy, mostly done over the phone. I told her what I wanted, she found it for me, called me back with an appointment and all I had to do was show up, look at the Soul, sign the papers and was gone is about an hour. I would Highly Recommend her. BRFord4Life.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a Mach-E. I am out of state and called them because my local dealers were playing games with markups, add-ons, “requirements” to finance, etc. Bob Ruth responded to my inquiry quickly, was transparent about pricing, and was able to get the transaction finished within a week. They even arranged shipping at a decent price. Would recommend to anyone frustrated with other dealers and looking for a quick, honest transaction.

Pleasantly Surprised by Great Overall Experience

I have never done business with Bob Ruth Ford before. They are 200 miles from my home. I was apprehensive that vehicle photos and descriptions may not be revealing aesthetic or other wear and tear issues on the vehicle I wanted to buy. I would need to drive 3 1/2 hours before I could verify for myself. The car was as represented and Jesse was great to deal with on my trade and the entire car purchase process. I'm glad I made the new connection. I'd buy from them again and recommend family members to consider doing the same if the opportunity arises.

My experience at Bob Ruth Ford

I took my 2020 Ford F-150 that i leased from Bob Ruth Ford for transmission problems. They told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission, i just wasn't accustomed to the shifting pattern of the new 10 speed. Three months later i take the truck back due to the shifting problem getting worse. This time they thought to check the fluid level, well lo and behold, it was low on fluid! Problem solved, so why couldn't their $129 an hour mechanics think to check the fluid level the 1st time??? I also had an issue with my remote locks not working properly, when Ford refused to cover the repair under warranty, they stuck ME with the bill! Then when i got my truck home, there were 2 door dings that weren't there when i gave it to them! Im gonna fight them on that, for sure. To top it all off ,the service manager has absolutely NO customer service skills, he insisted that I should have figured out the lock issue on my own, when their mechanics AND Ford engineers couldnt!! Don't waste your time or money doing business here, you will be sorry if you do!

Bob Ruth Ford - Great Deal, and Friendly Staff

Called and made an appointment for last Saturday. When we got there it was a mad house, they were slammed with Customers ! Trying to help and keep folks safe at the sametime. Our Salesperson, Kami was running between Customers trying to keep her Customers happy and serviced. ALL the Sales staff and Managers were helping with Customers, even the owner, Rob was pitching in. Kami ran and got the 2019 F150 we came to look at. She asked if we are good to check it out, or would we like her or someone to stay with us ? My wife and were happy to look it over on our own. Kami sent us out for a test drive. We decided to purchase the truck, but due to them being so busy we deferred delivery until Monday. Since my wife couldn't make Monday they allowed her to sign her part Saturday. All total we were there a little over 2 hrs. On Monday when I went for delivery, there was an issue with the truck''s Vin, it was accidentally swapped with another on the paperwork. We shared that issue equally. So it took a little longer to finally take delivery as the paperwork needed redone. Kami and others involved were extremely apologetic. But I understand how it happened. All got resolved and I am extremely happy with my 2019 F150, the price paid, and Kami, along with the entire staff at Bob Ruth Ford ! I would buy from them again and would recommend them. If you go ask for Kami ! You'll be well taken care of.

Good start....but bad way to end

Price was great. Erin in internet sales was great. Got assigned to Joe Soyos in sales. Closed the deal with Randy in Finance on Oct 30. Randy was very nice. Got a flat tire on Nov 3 at 10:45 am. and found the lug wrench was defective/broken. Could not change my tire. Had to use road side assistance. Left an email for Joe at 1:23 pm. No answer to my inquiry about how to get a lug wrench. I called Joe around 3 pm and he said that he was busy with customers and didn't get the email. I advised him of situation. He said since the vehicle was used, they don't warrant that type of equipment. I advised Joe as a tip to a good quality assurance program they should check that equipment prior to selling the vehicle. Joe said they don't have time to check for the condition of the jack or spare tires on trade ins. I was in essence blown off and I am on my own getting a lug wrench. If I had checked it and found it defective, I bet they would have found me a lug wrench before the sale was done. What if I was on the side of a dark highway? No way to get myself out of there. Because they don't have the time to check the condition of the jack, lug wrench or spare tire. What else don't they check because they don't have time?
