Beyond amazing!

Where do I start? I loved how much I was able to do through email and over the phone, even my trade value (spoiled alert: they beat my other offers by $1000s)! Being pregnant with 2 young kids at home, I was beyond grateful to not have to drag them back and forth to a dealer until the vehicle was there and ready to bring home. When I did the trade, Neil even helped me to move car seats, double-checked that I didn’t forget anything, and helped me set up everything in the car down to my phone app!
