Disappointing new customer experience entirely. Went in for a warranty claim on a manufacturing defect on my toyota highlander grill and a convenient oil change. Service clerks were not Enthusiastic in helping me through my warranty claim, actually unwilling to contact toyota to locate my vin number within the system but gave me my convenient oil change and sent me on my way... i can get an oil change anywhere, I needed my grill looked at and a warranty claim in process. Vehicle was purchased in the US but canadian, therefore a little leg-work was needed from the service clerks to confirm it is covered under toyota, or even call toyota to get a yay or a nay. I was ushered to the waiting room, vehicle oil changed, and sent on my way. I contacted toyota later on that day concerned of my situation and for future warranty claims, if any, and within 30 seconds they reinforced my vehicle was warranted and the dealer should have easily been able to take care of me when I was there. Very disappointed in this place, I went to look at a truck at the Robinson location and had a trade in as well. Only offered me 2000 for my trade and only dropped the price of vehicle I was interested in to 27,488 and said they couldn't drop much lower or they will lose money but yet I see the price go down on their website every week at least once and I just seen the price dropped to 27,508 so there's a lot of bull going on here and ripping off so be careful. and my trade came in at 6800 on NADA book ROUGH trade in , and they told me it would be only 1 hard it on my credit which was also a lie most likely so they could make a sale , once again I'm not happy with this dealership at all , this place will not earn my business at all ever.

Easy and everyone was very nice. No pressures. Was shown how to use all the new features of my new car and was given then salesman's card and assured that he would help me with any thing I needed explained in the future.

The sales consultant, Jesus Pacheco, was very informative, pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The atmosphere at the Diehl dealership was pleasant and the readings on the walls were encouraging. I liked the test drive to make sure the vehicle I had selected was a fit for me. It was a good thing because the vehicle I selected was not a good fit for me. Jesus suggested a few different models to try and I found, like Goldilocks, the one that was just right. After my purchase, two days later, Jesus took the time to familiarize me with the features of the car I purchased before leaving the dealership. He even gave me a few shopping bags to transfer my belongings to my new vehicle. It was truly a pleasant experience! Thank you!

I went to Diehl to browse and wound up making a purchase. The salesman was incredibly friendly and personable. There weren't any gimmicks or pressure. Just great people trying to find the perfect vehicle for me. Several months later I even received a phone call wishing me a happy birthday. I have had horrible dealership experiences in the past but Diehl is different. I will always go to them for future car purchases...and I recently moved to Ohio. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend giving Diehl a visit.

While waiting at Diehl for car service, I thought I would look at a 2014 Camry. I said something and a sales lady, Jess, immediately responded in a polite, concerning, and positive way to answer any questions and offered me the opportunity to go look at the vehicle. She impressed me with her knowledge of providing information in a gentle but confident manner. When the vehicle my husband and I was interested in was not at the Diehl site, she did not hesitate to find the vehicle at another dealership. She continued to be confident and completely professional throughout the sale process. She was very helpful in explaining the new technology features on the 2014.5 Camry vehicle we purchased and offered her assistance to us after we left the dealership in case we had further questions. I was impressed with her presentation and the way she dealt with my husband and I throughout the purchase of our new vehicle. I would certainly recommend her to others interested in purchasing a new vehicle at Diehl Toyota. In addition, the gentleman who processed the financial documents for the vehicle was very impressionable with his knowledge, efficiency, mannerism, and dedication to the dealership he represented. We had previously shopped at about 6 other dealerships.... We were greeted by Jesus who was very friendly and knowlegable. We told him what we were looking for....and what we needed to get for our trade, and within a short time....he made it happen. We got our dream car. The whole experience was painless..... I would truly recommend your dealership to our friends...as we already have.....and to ask for Jesus as their salesman. He was exceptional. My husband also enjoyed the popcorn thru the negotiating process!!! Thanks again for everything Jesus!! Love love love this car!!!

The negotiation process was very relaxed, and there were no gimmicks or games. My buying experience was a refreshing change from the way most car dealers conduct business.
