We had a great experience at Baglier. Many thanks to Jason for his expert assistance with purchasing our first Mazda. He was professor, patient, friendly, and courteous. Test driving with him was a lot of fun. Very impressed when he took the time to show us all the cool features of the car at the end. All arround great guy! Thanks to Amy for helping us with the financing process. She was transparent, explained everything clearly, and made it so easy to work with her. Our experiece was pleasant from the start when I made the online inquiry thanks to Katie's quick and informative response. In addition to the the great staff, their website was simple and convenient to use. The entire process was so simple, straightforward, and hassle free. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. I'll be back for sure for routine maintenance.

The team there were all friendly and made you feel at home. Shawn the Sales Person who met me first and helped me throughout buying process was great! He made the sales process smooth and like one of the other reviews … he was honest and very helpful in providing information on the car and even ensuring all the minor imperfections (used vehicle) were corrected before purchasing.

First Experience Buying a Mazda

Just bought a CX-5 there this week. They gave me more than fair trade-in for my truck, literally the most laid back process I have ever been part of. There was zero pressure to try to close quickly, the finance office presented us with upgrades and when we declined moved right on (that did NOT happen with my Toyota). I always view car buying as adversarial but I would go back there in a heartbeat.

I knew what I wanted and they found a suitable vehicle (limited options due to chip shortage.) No pressure to purchase options I don't want or need; they let me know about them but left the decision to me. Left with a new car and they did almost all of the work.

My wife and I just bought a new Mazda CX-5 from Baglier. We worked with Jeff Hartzell and the whole experience honestly couldn't have gone any better. We've bought a lot of vehicles in our 38 year marriage and this has to be one of the best car buying experiences. Jeff was very knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured. We're very happy with the new car and how we were treated.

Baglier Mazda offers top notch customer centric service. The entire process was made so simple for me. The staff was accommodating to my questions and even offered additional help. My salesperson, Jason, is the best! Hopefully he never leaves because I’m a devoted Mazda driver now and will only purchase from Baglier!

I had a pleasant experience leasing my new vehicle! I had done my research on what I wanted and on the Mazda I was interested in. When we went to the dealership, we were able to browse until we were ready to speak to someone. Our salesperson, Jeff, knew extensive information on the different trims of the vehicle I wanted. He also understood and remembered my driving preferences and helped me program my vehicle to my liking. Their website makes it easy to get the KBB of your trade and be pre-approved for your vehicle. Everyone was super nice and hope to be back to lease again!

Our family has purchased seven new and two used vehicles from Baglier over the last 20 years. Just this week we purchased a new CX-5. We have always received a warm welcome and each visit has been a pleasant experience. The deals we have made have always been very fair.
