Very transparent and made it easy to purchase a car once I’d made a decision. Erin was awesome and answered all my preliminary questions, Chris walked me through all the specs and car history, and Peter arranged all the finances. Overall great experience

Chris was an awesome help with buying my first car. He helped me to find exactly what I was looking for and didn’t shove me into buying a car I wouldn’t like. He was open and honest when it came to exploring the history of the car I bought. His manager, Pete, was also a great help. I definitely recommend using Taj Auto Mall if you’re looking for a used car. Ask for Chris to assist you in finding your perfect fit!

Easy Process

They were friendly and accommodating. Two other dealerships couldn’t make financing work and they were able to and actually get a better deal than I planned. Chelsea was so nice and made sure we looked at many cars and loved the one I purchased. The car was wash and detailed on the spot. I will use TAJ Auto Mall from now on. Big dealerships are not as personal. Thank you, Chelsea!

I ordered car and asked for buyer's order. They said they will send in an hour which they did not. Now they called and said car is sold but I can still see car on their website. [non-permissible content removed]

Not an easy process

I wish I could say that this internet long distance process has been smooth but it truly has been anything other. I would have rather sat in a dealership for the normal "all day process" then this. I am at my witts end and I so wished that I choose another dealership to run my credit and attempt to get me financing. I have done all my part and the followup is really lacking. However, I must say that they were friendly to deal with but this is so exhausting. I don't even want to do this any more. Thanks anyway.
