Ardmore Toyota really put the effort in to help myself and my daughter obtain a great and safe vehicle at an outstanding interest rate. We received a lot of added benefits to properly maintain and protect the vehicle long term. The management team and sales people at Ardmore Toyota were top notch and very attentive to us throughout our vehicle transaction. Other car dealerships in the automotive industry could learn a lot from Ardmore Toyota with respect to each stage of the vehicle transaction and their overall customer care and attention to every detail that matters. It’s a great dealership, professional atmosphere, and facility.

Expect a great experience!

I expected good, informed, professional, friendly and patient service and I got it. I've purchased 3 vehicles at Ardmore Toyota: 2 new and 1 used. I only use Ardmore Toyota for maintenance. I have also recommended other people. The staff and sales team are responsive to my requests and they follow-up to get answers. Also, all of their customer areas, including the restrooms, are spotless.

Happy Customer _New Lease Agreement

I could not have asked for a better experience. Prior to entering my new lease agreement, I discussed my concerns, desired price range, and vehicle features with Aaron Serious. When I visited Ardmore Toyota to finalize the process Aaron considered everything we discussed and created the perfect agreement for me. I am truly appreciative of his continued efforts for making me a happy Toyota customer. Additionally I traveled long-distance to complete the trade-in and new lease agreement. Aaron knew he would be on vacation when I arrived, so he completed all possible steps in the process prior to my arrival. My time at the dealership was decreased. This further enhanced my experience as a customer. On site I was very impressed with Theresa's assistance. She answered all of my questions and completed my transition into the new lease. She was professional, attentive, and patient. I am very pleased and grateful for my experience with Aaron and Theresa at Ardmore Toyota.

Another great Toyota experience!

upon entering store, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. Offered beverages. My sales rep Aaron introduced himself and made me feel welcomed. He was extremely professional and courteous, making sure that I was kept up to date of each step in the process. He even made sure the car was clean and he filled up the tank! It was a great experience again.
