Travel from Seattle to Portland to get my new car, they make it a great experience overall not disappointed getting a car from Nissan or Portland. Great experience with will do again. All went great, nice people Ivan, Allison and Dante Best Finance person I ever met with a car dealership, he is awesome, make it signing process a fun.

Stress free car shopping!

Yes, it is possible to have a stress free used car shopping experience. With a few high pressure and even unethical experiences in my past I didn't think it was likely. However, thanks to Joseph Macbale, a salesman at Rustom Nissan of Portland I was very surprised and happy with my experience. Joseph went above and beyond the typical salesman duties. He made me feel more like I was working with a friend instead of someone who just wanted my money! He was more than willing to answer all of my questions and spend as much time as necessary to make sure I was comfortable. Wow!!!

Absolutely loved my experience here. I not only bought a car but this is also where I take all my cars to get serviced. My experience was amazing their customer service is oustanding and the salesmen weren't pushy. I'm usually not excited about purchasing a car because it can be stressful they ensured me they would do all the work if I told them what I wanted and they kept to their word. I would definitely recommend buying a car and servicing a car here. I'm beyond happy and I'm sure you'll feel the same way. 😁😁😁

Salesman was terrific but Sales Manager was rude

We recently purchased a vehicle from Rustom Nissan of Portland. We had a great experience with Lance, our salesman. He was kind, funny, and knowledgeable. I would give him 5 stars! However, when the Sales Manager, Jim Hamman, came in and discussed the price negotiation and other details of the purchase, he was downright rude. He made me feel like he didn't really want our business nor did he seem like he cared about what we wanted or needed. He berated the salesman in front of us and I also heard him raising his voice at other salesman to "get busy" when they were already assisting other customers. When he came in to hand us the keys, he tossed them on the desk and walked away. When I was leaving the store, he was sitting in the corner at his desk playing on his cell phone. Very poor customer service and definitely not a car dealership I will return to or recommend.

Ripped Off

We went to this dealership Looking to buy a 4 wheel drive Nissan Titan the salesman showed us 2 trucks a white one and a Black one. We took the white one for a test drive and liked it. The black one was a little more expensive so I asked the sales man what the difference was between the white one and the black one he said he didn't know so he went and asked the sales manager they said it was the bed size. I didn't care about the bed size so we bought the white one, 2 weeks after we had it we figured out the truck was not 4 wheel drive. partially my fault that I didn't figure this out before I bought the truck but I asked for a 4 wheel drive and I assumed all Nissan Titans were so I never even questioned it. I called the dealership and the sales manager said to come on in they would take care of us. when we got there they set up a deal giving us $30,000 for the truck that we had just given over $41,000 dollars for and had 674 miles on it. They said this is what a 2 wheel drive truck is going for at auction. This would have added over $11,000 to the price of the 4 wheel drive truck that was only a little over $43,000 to begin with. The payment was almost $800.00 when our payment would have only been $650 to 700 if we would have gotten the 4 wheel drive in the first place. This dealership misrepresented the truck they sold me then wanted to rip me off to sell me another one. I will never go back to this dealership to buy a car or recommend them to anyone else. Yes this is partially our fault for not checking it out more before we purchased the truck and we accept our stupidity but we did ask for a 4 wheel drive and assumed it was one in good faith because we asked for one not a 2 wheel drive.

Deceitful sales experience/ Bait and Switch

On 12/12/17 I contacted Jim, the sales manager, who verified the availability and price of a car advertised on their website. I came to the showroom then test drove it with Brianna. We were ready to purchase the vehicle after falling in love with the car but the transaction was stopped by Jim, who said that it was unavailable for purchase because the title wasn’t cleared. By then Jim skirted Brianna away to help someone else. After we inquired as to the reason it was listed for sale on the internet he indicated that it was their standard practice to list cars once they acquire them. It proved to be a classic bait and switch scheme. Both Jim and Brianna agreed to contact me once the car was “available.” It’s been less than a week and the exact car has been re-listed, now with a price $4000 more than it was originally listed for. I’m still waiting for their call, but not really. I thought it was deceitful advertising, unethical on their part, and a waste of my time. I do not advise anyone to give this dealership your time or money.

Best Experience Ever!

Max was the best salesman ever! He was the only one out of 5 dealerships to greet us when we entered the showroom. He took the time to listen to our questions and answer them to the full extent. He and the entire staff not only made us feel welcome but did everything in their power to help us get the car of my dreams! Thank you!

Purchased a Nissan Leaf

We purchased a Nissan Leaf from Nissan of Portland. We had done our homework and new we wanted a Leaf. I used Edmunds to get quotes from multiple dealers via email, and these folks had the best deal at the time. It would be nice if the paper work for buying a car took less than 2 hours. My only complaint was that the dealer didn't tell us about a recall on the Nav system. The bug is a minor annoyance, but I thought they should have known about it.

100% Satisfied!

I recently purchased a car here after a less than enjoying trip to another well known establishment. Unlike that place, Rustom Nissan had very knowledgeable employees that are very down-to-earth that saw to it that I was satisfied with my purchase. They had a wide variety of cars and were very easy going with me despite taking a lot of time to look around and find exactly what I wanted. I would recommend going here over any other business hands down! If you're looking for a car this is the place to go!

Poor customer service stay away

This dealership basically lied to me to get me into a car... surprising, huh? I had hoped that in this day of competition and poor ecenomy the least I would I would get is what I was promised. NOT SO! If you want to be taken advantage of, lied to and basically have them act like they are doing you a favor, shop here... headache for nothing if you ask me! I should have known with the dirty carpet, backed up water fountain and I was the only one there on a Sunday!

Great Experience with Ron Tonkin Nissan

I just bought a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder SE from Ron Tonkin Nissan. I worked directly with Richard Reichard, the Nissan Internet Sales Specialist. After he spent an inordinate amount of time trying to find the Pathfinder with all the options I wanted, he ended up taking more time to order it directly from the factory. He then kept me updated about the build phase and the delivery date, and notified me the day it came in (about a week earlier than expected). I was in and out the door in no time at all, driving a very beautiful SUV home that afternoon. I absolutely cannot say enough positive about Mr. Reichard's integrity and professionalism. I absolutely have nothing negative to say about him, or the dealership, or the Pathfinder, except that I wish they still had the PATHFINDER decals on the roof rack rails so that people wouldn't keep stopping me in the parking lots to ask what kind of SUV I'm driving. (I really don't mind because I'm excited and can't wait to get it off-road).
