Don't buy a used car!!!!

Well to start i have been a customer for over 20 yrs ( my first car plus) recommended my son go down and look 4 a car. salesman were great ( haha) found a car that we thought was sound unfortunately 3 months down the road he gets a radiator leak ( no fault of his) guess what 1200$ but we will help lets say 600$ we r doing u a favor ( haha) called local mechanic said they could do all of that and more for 600$ did i say we bought extended warranty ( what a joke) ty allan johnson NEW manager 😉

I love going to the service department at Lithia Honda. They are so honest and forthright! They do not try to sell me something just for the sake of the sale and are very honest about what my car needs or will need in the future! Thank you Lithia Honda. I always visit the salesman who sold me the car. He is a friend now and it is a great experience.

My girlfriend and I purchased a 2016 Honda Fit LX from Lithia Honda in Medford. Our sales rep was Billy Day. He was patient, understanding, and got us exactly what we wanted in our budget. He didn't hassle us or push us into a decision, rather he did what he could to make the deal profitable for both parties. We love our new Honda! We even named it before we left the dealership, Frankie, after Frank Sinatra.

These guys are awesome! This is my third car that I purchased and I have exclusively had them do my services. I live an hour and half away but it is well worth the drive. I am always sure to get the best service and the guys are always super nice and helpful. Love the new location as well!

from the moment I walked on the lot I was treated like family. My sales person was straight with me. He helped me find exactly what I needed without pressure to upsale. So this is my first car buying experience. I was nervous about getting pressured or made to feel bad. But Carlos was amazing. He made sure we felt comfortable and followed my budget without pressuring me to raise it. He was honest about cars that wouldn't fit my needs. And I left with the car of my dreams.
