Wonderful experience tonight at Bickmore Auto. We wished we had started our day shopping at this dealership. Buying any car especially a used vehicle is hard, tedious and overwhelming. That said we felt very comfortable with the staff. Michael our salesperson was honest, friendly and not at all pushy. They went out of their way to help us fully inspect the undercarriage/motor of the vehicle we purchased. Vehicle was accurately represented and priced very fair. Thank you for making 2019 get off on a good start! Happy New Year Bickmore Auto! Especially Michael!

SOLD ME A BROKEN TRUCK

I purchased a 92 Toyota truck. They did not disclose the major issues with the truck. I have paid $2800 in repairs so far and the truck still has major issues in the first 2 months of owning this vehicle. I was told my Allan the salesman that I could safely drive the truck from Oregon to Texas. Thankfully I did not and had it shipped. The wheel bearings were shot, clutch gone, and the truck was stuck in 3-wheel drive due to broken locking hub. So now It has bigger issues. The word of this establishment is NOT to be trusted.

The most terrible experience I’ve ever had

The most terrible car experience I’ve had ever sales guys rude boss was [non-permissible content removed] and takes terrible to my wife not only did we pass on car but could have paid cash for it stay away. That’s why we buy from places like dodge Gresham and Ron Tonkin and Toyota Gresham

I write this review because of the great experience I had with Bickmore Auto. Allan Henry was my salesman and he was especially helpful in the process. I bought online, a 1996 f150 sight unseen except for the pictures. A little unnerving, but Allen was honest and helpful and the truck was what they said it was. Nice truck. Bickmore did everything they said they would do. I do recommend this dealership and Allan. Thanks, Jess kerley

Car broke down in less than 24 hours of purchase

I don’t recommend this dealership. Only incintive is to sell regardless if vehicle works or not. Not a happy customer, thought I was going to get help talking to the store manager. Wasn’t the case, all I was rold was ‘ it’s not the end of the world’ not a response you want to hear when your stuck with the problem!

Disappointing

In the last month I tried working with a salesperson. I gave him the information to pull my credit report and never heard back. As you know every time your credit report gets pulled it dings your credit and even though my credit isn't all that good I should have been respected enough to receive a call. Your website and sales person rave about getting people approved but in my case I didn't even receive a call to say there was nothing that could be done. I would have actually respected that or being told if I had any other options. I thought I would express my negative experience.

Hi, if you’re looking for a dealership that ACTUALLY works hard to get you into a vehicle (one that you actually want) then you really need to go and see Scott at Bickmore Auto on Powell in Gresham OR. For years I’ve only been able to buy used vehicles from shady buy here pay here lots who sell unreliable vehicles and take advantage of people. Then I met Scott at Bickmore. He truly went the extra mile for me. He explained the entire process to me then he went to work and not only got me into a nice reliable vehicle but it was one I’ve always wanted! The staff at Bickmore are so helpful and yes caring! It was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Their inventory is vast, the vehicles are great and the whole team as well as the people they pair you with for financing really take care of you. They work with you and your budget to get you the car you want. And when I’m ready to trade in and up I’m only going to them because I know they’ll take great care of me. Chris Hume couldn't have been more accommodating. He let us look with no pressure, no hassle starting and opening as many SUV's as we liked. Took care of all the paperwork while we picked up our children, and had everything ready for us to sign when we returned. He will be the reason we come back to Bickmore. I love my Tahoe. Completely misrepresented vehicle and their services. We have had the vehicle for a WEEK and just found out we have to spend $2,500+ to fix repairs. Warranty is completely worthless because a lot of reputable dealerships will not work with them as they haggle the cost of repairs.

Let me start this review with saying I was very uncertain about calling a dealership I had never been to before about an ad I had seen on line . Allen set me at ease right away with giving me his direct number for my appointment . We went and met with him to see the car we were interested in. He stayed past closing time even though we were not ready to make a decision yet. I would Definately recommend him as a direct connection to anyone who is not in to the car lot search. I would feel very comfortable returning if we need additional assistance !

Bum transmission

Bought a truck for $10,000 and a month later the transmission died. No warrantee means I'm out $5,000. So I'm broke. The manager basically told me "too bad."

Don't bother - I was approved to buy a truck through them, and they promised me a car, and when I got all the way up there (a two hour drive) they said that they had just SOLD the truck (to someone else) they knew I was coming up for, 5 minutes before I got there.
