Amazing Sales Team

Personally, I had a wonderful experience at Lithia Nissan of Eugene. They helped me way beyond my expectations to put me in the car I actually wanted. I never felt uneasy or doubted that they truly only wanted what was best for me. They made the whole process quick and easy. (Yes I said quick.) And they explained all of the numbers line by line and actually made it understandable. I really appreciate everything my Salesman did. He was never rude or pushy. Best purchase experience ever

Excellent experience all around and the truck exceeded my expectations. I did a ton of research on large and small trucks and contacted a few dealerships about specific models. I picked Lithia Nissan in Eugene because the sales person, James, was so professional and a great listener.

Found my Mom a Mini-van

All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make a deal we found was a winner for us. They then cleaned the van up after our test drive AND filled it with gas. Paul has followed up to make sure we are happy with the purchase and to see if there's anything he can do for us.

Best car dealership ever!!

I am so happy with my purchase. Nick showed me 2 cars (both Nissan) and i liked them both but i wanted the mileage on one of the cars and the extras on the other car. Nick went on a search on the computer to search for cars that might work out. It was freezing outside so it was nice to be inside with coffee and hot chocolate instead of going from car to car outside. Nick found me the perfect car. It was newer than the other 2 cars we had seen and had way lower miles and had warranties since it had such low miles and is a 2017. This was the best experience. Nick wasn't pushy and he was very friendly and really listened to what i wanted instead of trying to push me into buying something i didn't want. I ended up with a 2017 Nissan Altima. I haven't ever owned a car over a 2005 so it's really nice and exciting you have such a nice vehicle! I will (And have been) recommending that people go to this car dealership. Nick and Jordan were both wonderful people to work with in purchasing a car. Jordan got me an amazing low rate on interest for my remaining loan and was really good at explaining everything to me. I really appreciate both of these guys! They're the best. I usually hate car shopping but not anymore. I'll definitely be going back to this dealership for future cat purchases!

New Rogue SV

We came here to buy our third Nissan after a great experience with the Service department. We needed our vehicle to haul long sea kayaks and bikes. Our first contact was online, looking for the trade-in estimate of our little Versa sedan. A two-person team traded off helping us through two in-person visits and several rounds of email questions. Very low pressure and helpful. Listened to our needs (best gas mileage possible, selective extra bells and whistles, budget target) and helped eliminate possibilities (pick-up truck), ultimately matching us with best fit. We chose a leasing option for the first time for the low monthly payments. A car is a scary big purchase, and this has been my best experience yet. The process felt fair, respectful, well-paced, and professional.

Worst salesman ever.

We live 300 miles from the dealership. So we called and asked the salesman to tells us about any flows. He called back stating that there were only two small rock chips on front bumper. After driving 7 hours we checked into a motel across the street. The next morning we go to look at the car but NEVER even took it for a test drive. The interior was in shambles - rips and tears in the drivers seat. The rear seat looked like itd had been used for a cock fight. The grill on the back speaker was scratched and dented, the wooden cover on the storage units had been sawed off, The salesman had lied to me and wasted two days of our time not to mention the hundreds of dollars that we spent on motels, gas and food. I would not trust this dealership if this is an indication of the quality of salesmen!

The sales rep I worked with was good at giving info & not just trying hard to over sale the car. When we got to debating the price there was a little quick pressuring but overall I had a good experience & I enjoyed the sale.

Terrible Experience

We did some test drives, found a vehicle we liked and were quoted $12,900 for the vehicle while on the lot. That seemed to be fair so we proceeded to write-up the car. When the paperwork was received the car was listed at $14.900. We questioned why it was higher then quoted. The sales rep got confused on stock and misquoted price. We offered to go to $13,900 to make the deal happen, the dealer said 'no' even after checking with manager. We walked away to think about it. The sales rep never even called back because he new he messed up. We ended calling back to explain the situation to another Sales Rep and see if any other cars were on the lot in the color we wanted. We were told there were other cars on the lot in the same color and a year newer. Of course when we returned there were no cars in the same color as the original vehicle. I should've walked away then but we found an alternate car that was suitable and in the price range as we really needed car before the next week started. We wrote up the deal, signed the paperwork and as I take delivery of the car I am told the car only has one key, which is normal for used cars. I am quoted $250 for a second key. Dealership is shady and creates an experience of the stereotypical dealership that I thought was the past. Apparently not, it still is alive at Lithia Nissan of Eugene!

The Altima has all the features we wanted, such as the blind spot warning & the cross traffic warning with the backup camera, GPS and dual heat control. Also the sunroof and the spoiler which is to be installed.

Fully Satisfying Experience

No pressure sales staff really listened to my needs - both in a vehicle and in a financing arrangement. I went in with the intention of buying a car and an idea of what car I wanted, and yet the salesperson was patient with allowing me to test drive more than one vehicle, and spent quite a bit of time with me going over my options for financing. He went back to his manager over a half-dozen times with "tweeks" to the deal in an attempt to get me the best value for my trade, the best financing rate and the best price on the car. I know that his goal was to sell a car, but I never felt that his goal got in the way of this process - I felt that the "sale" was secondary to my needs and satisfaction. --and, even after the sale was complete, the salesperson was still available to answer follow-up questions with patience and kindness.
