2019 Honda CR-V EX L

Sean was very helpful, got the keys and I went for a test drive. I then was helped by Brendan on the financial loan and warranty suggestion which I opted for. Overall this was the easiest, fastest car purchase I've ever made and I have bought over five new cars. Very helpful courteous people at Kendall Lexus. Well worth the drive from Portland!

I buy a LOT of cars. Far more than I should. I have never had so pleasant a dealership experience as I did at Kendall Lexus of Eugene. Krista and Cameron were both fantastic. There was no hassle with the price, trade-in value, add-ons, extra fees, up sells, or anything else. They beat my external financing. The entire purchase process was a breeze. The dealership was beautiful, and they had the car sitting out front shiny and polished when I arrived. I was in and out in less than an hour. Absolutely worth the drive all the way from Portland, and I'd go back in a heartbeat.

this comes from a person who bought her 1st car 61 years ago. I dreaded it. our salesperson, Carrie, was perfect. she did not pressure us in any way. she just wanted us to be happy with the results. she was open to showing us other cars or waiting until the right one came in. she knows her product. she was friendly, fun and just simply a pleasure to work with. if anyone were even thinking "Lexus", I would recommend her in a heartbeat. this is our second car from this dealership. our service representative, Irwin has been terrific. he is knowledgeable patient and very easy to work with. anyone wishing to buy a Lexus should just choose this company. you will be happy you did!

Lexus ES 350 Air Bag Recall Work

Kendal was very accommodating with the schedule, only two days out to get an appointment. Even though I was early for the appointment, they took the car right in and performed the work. Very professional encounter. The lack of pressure to do more work was gratifying. They just informed me of the need to have the brake lines flushed and the oil changed but no pressure to schedule the work. Therefore, I will return to them for more service on the vehicle.
