If you are looking to buy an excellent, reliable pre-owned vehicle, be sure to put Robberson Ford at the top of your search list. Heres why. My husband and I were recently looking for a low mileage, mid-sized SUV. After going to almost every dealership in Bend, we met Dale Hayden, a salesman who made it clear from the start he was out to serve the buyer and make buying a used car a pleasurable, low-key experience. Not only did Robberson have a great selection for us to choose from, Dale was incredibly knowledgeable about advantages and special features of the varying vehicles we were considering which helped us choose what turned out to be the perfect vehicle for us and our family. Before making an offer, Dale introduced us to his sales manager, Greg Cannell, and we joked around for awhile before negotiating a deal. There was no back and forth silly manager-salesman tactics. I grew up with a step-father who owned a dealership, so it is difficult to impress me as I am often wary of the sales tactics that are so frequently the standard in the auto business. At Robberson, it took only about ten minutes for us all to agree on a very fair price. Within an hour, we wrapped up the deal by signing papers with Aaron McCann, the finance manager, who was also delightfully personable, efficient, and customer-oriented. As we drove away, my husband and I felt elated with the whole experience, not the least of which was the delight of finding one of the best slightly used vehicles we have ever owned. We are lucky to have at least one dealership in Bend that obviously values the quality of interactions it has with its customers.
