Great Buying Experience!

Purchased my second vehicle from Herzog Meier Mazda. Since purchasing my first Mazda from Herzog Meier almost 4 months ago, it was time to pay them another visit in search for a vehicle for my son. I have stayed in touch with my original sales person, Justin Jeffers, over the years from paying him visits during oil changes and the occasional email. I told him what I was looking to do and what I type of vehicle I was looking to get my son into and the conversation began. I also thought this would be a great learning experience for my son for future auto purchases. Justin greeted me and my son and Introduced me to Brody Heath, fairly young and up coming sales person. Justin informed me that Brody would be helping me but he would be available if any questions came up. Brody, being young, actually around my son's age, was very personable and I was really impressed how knowledgeable he was about the vehicles. He did a great job during the entire process and was a joy to work with. So, All in all, it was another great buying experience and Herzog Meier Mazda has made a customer for life. Not only do I enjoy driving Mazda vehicles, everyone from Sales and Service, shout out to you Greg Childers, are always welcoming and their new showroom is incredible. Thank you for another awesome buying experience!

Professional and Layback

The sales staff were very professional and courteous in interacting with me. Even apologizing when they called instead of emailing as I requested. They did everything we asked for: evaluate trade-in value; seeing the different trims and color combo; getting my the OTD price list with detailed items. I walked away with the feeling that if I were to get a Mazda, this would be the place for me to come back to. Ultimately, I did not buy a car there because the financing incentive from another brand was much better.

My experience buying my CX-5 at Herzog Meier was excellent thanks to working with Carmen. I previously negotiated with two other Mazda dealers (one closer to home) but Carmen told me if I gave her the opportunity it would be worth the drive north. After frustration with the negotiations and lack of preparation at one of the other local dealers, I decided to make the drive. Carmen assured me it would be a no bs experience and that indeed held true. She offered me a lower price than both other dealers on a CX-5 that had all the options and the special color I wanted as well as offered a fair price for my trade. Carmen went above and beyond to get everything ready for me and handled the details with ease and patience. I recommend her with full confidence and will absolutely choose her again in the future, she's an honest, intelligent, and kind professional.

Herzog-Meier Mazda, and especially Dylan, are absolutely fantastic. Dylan was so easy to work with and got me a great deal. He was always very responsive to email questions and even made me a personalized YouTube video that showed me the car that I was interested in. I have purchased 3 cars from Herzog-Meier now and they have been fantastic every time.

The team at Herzog-Meier Mazda are amazing! I worked with Micah on the purchase of a used car for my daughter and everything went so smoothly, I decided to go back the next day and trade my car in and buy one for myself! Micah was great to work with on both transactions! They also gave full disclosure that the car that I purchased needed brakes and I already have an appointment to have them fixed (on them). The finance team (Jake, Chad and a woman (can't remember her name - sorry) were also awesome to work with! Chad even called me with a better loan rate the next day which saved me some money. I have purchased 14 cars in my life and this was by far the best and quickest experience!

The worst

My biggest regret is taking my car here. In my opinion, this dealership is either mechanically incompetent or corrupt--certainly seem greedy. They replaced the master cylinder on my 2007 Mazda 5 last March. When it developed a brake fluid leak 15 months later, I took it back. First, I had to TELL the mechanics where to find the problem (the rear seal on the MC went bad, leaking brake fluid into the brake booster). They kept insisting it was an issue with the ABS module. Second, after finally confirming the leak, they refused to pay to replace either the master cylinder that failed prematurely or the brake booster it took with it. Their argument was that I didn't have enough "loyalty points" (i.e. I didn't spend enough money at their service center). Don't take your car here. You can get better service from a trained emu.

I was there to look at a used car and was so happy with their sales team (I worked with Reza and Jay Jordon) that I ended up buying a car. Firstly, Reza admitted the stuff that he didn't know and spoke only the things he was confident about. Jay was very knowledgeable about Mazda and his knowledge made me comfortable to buy. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I worked with Jon Howell and he was great. After visiting various competitors he stood out in customer service, and just the will to work with me. I truly think I got a great deal and so far have zero complaints. Jon is the reason why I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Ask for Jon. As a first time buyer and someone who works in sales he is phenomenal.

I came in looking at a few different vehicles. Jon Howell was pretty helpful with narrowing down the right one. I looked at some of the 2019 Mazda 3 sedans and hatchbacks. I test drove a few of the Mazda 3 hatchbacks. I Decided to get the 2016 hatch. Pretty good options, low miles, and was within the range I was willing to pay. Jon was friendly, helpful, and wasn't trying to sell just any vehicle. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with my new car. Thanks to all involved at HM.

Recently I purchased my first ever car and with Herzog-Meier. Naturally this can be a very stressful process however I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience overall. I worked with both Jay Jordan and Justin Jeffers from start to finish, and would highly recommend. They were both very thorough in providing all information about each vehicle that I was interested in, including financing for each option. Jay and Justin really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a way to work with my budget. They were patient and not pushy. I will definitely be back!!

My experience in purchasing a Pre-owned Mazda car from HM Mazda with Jay was very friendly and pressure-less. I shared what I was looking for in the vehicle (the specs), and Jay went to work immediately. He was very knowledgeable in the Mazda product and focused on meeting my options. Test drove 2 vehicles and purchased the last test car. They were very reasonable with my trade-in value. We did have a few friendly negotiation scrimmages. Jake, the financial manager, was also very friendly in the final purchase stage. I would highly recommend Herzog-Meier and the sales team.

Everyone involved in my rather complicated buying experience was extremely helpful and exceptionally professional. Dylan and the Internet sales team really restored my faith in "big business" with there above and beyond levels of care and consideration for my particulars needs and circumstances. Easy and Fun Experience

Recently, I had a wonderful experience at Herzog-Meier Mazda. Austin Parker contacted me regarding a trade-in of my 2014 CX-5 for a new one. He was friendly and welcoming via email and that translated over when I met him. I told him my concerns trading in and he alleviated all my fears. He answered all of my crazy questions with a sense of humor and intelligence. We test drove 2 different cars (a different model even), and found the perfect one for me. He really made the whole trade-in process easy and actually fun. It was my pleasure working with him. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car.
