After a long day trying to find a new family car for our growing family we finally were able to finalize on a offer that was fit for our family. We would like to thank Sam Fontana for his professionalism, sense of humor & his patience. He made us feel like family. Making the buying process less stressful, he made sure all of our questions & concerns were addressed through it all. Hope we can have some salmon soon Sam! :D thank you!

Excellent instruction on Navigation and other functions

Papa Safari patiently taught me how to use Navigation and several other valuable functions of my recently purchased 2013 Outback. The hands-free features will be very useful and help me drive more safely. I feel much more comfortable with my vehicle now. Papa answered all of my questions and had me practice the steps to set up a route to a specific destination, to make a hands-free phone call, and to select a radio station or save one as a favorite. We also discussed the maintenance schedule for my vehicle. If I have any more questions, I am sure that he will be there for me. :)

We met and dealt with,Alejandro Flores,a member of your sales staff. He approached us in a very friendly and welcoming manner. Our intentions were to gather information about the Forester and the Outback. He explained the many features of each one.We were very impressed, as to his knowledge, and non-high pressure information. We had no intention of purchasing a new car at this time, but after experiencing Alejandro's informational skills, and friendly attitude, we decided to make our purchase of the Forester, then and there. Negotiated via E-mail with Benjamin Coffey. Settled on a fair price. In/out in an 1 1/2 hrs. Wilsonville Subaru made me wait 1hr for a test drive after refusing to their up-sales pitch.

Best new car purchase experience ever!

I have purchased 5 new cars in the past 20 years. The purchase experience has ranged from mediocre to horrible. I actually enjoyed purchasing my new 2018 Subaru Outback from Carr! I got a fantastic price that was >$5,000 below MSRP (via competitive online bidding process from 4 dealerships), and our internet sales rep, Vijay, was really nice and accommodating. The absolute differentiator, though, is that Carr is now (March 2018) offering a lifetime power-train warranty on all new car sales (with essentially no catches). That really seals the deal. Happy new car shopping!

Austin Grant - My Subaru Solution

On a fine rainy day in February 2018, a skeptical 20-something sauntered over to Carr Subaru, scowl pre-loaded and ready to go. "No way are these SALESMEN going to take advantage of us hunney!" he crudely snarled to his fiance. But no salesmen were to be found, just the kind and tender smile of Austin Grant. Time was no object to Austin, but removing the chip from my shoulder was! It took 4 hours to loose my sharp edges and understand that Austin was truly here to help, not just shake me upside-down and steal whatever fell out. Austin, I thank you for treating me like a human and taking the time to understand my cautiousness. Your ability to put things into my language is an art form; continue mastering your craft sir! (And good luck on the legal degree!!)

My husband and I recently traded in a lemon of a car for an awesome one at Carr Subaru. The staff there was so gracious and accommodating to us. They gave us more than the trade in was worth and swallowed the cost difference for us...they worked up a wicked finance plan for us, and even gave us a gas voucher to use on our way home! We were treated like family from beginning to end. Cannot say enough about this dealership. They are honest, dependable, and truly looking out for the customer.

Great internet sales department

We first visited the regular sales floor at Carr Subaru and left feeling incredibly discouraged and disappointed. After checking out another Subaru dealership in the area, we gave Carr another shot, but worked exclusively with their internet sales team. I must echo another reviewer's point when I say that Vijay is an awesome salesman and a very friendly, honest, and respectful person. He was prompt and thorough in his communication with me and delivered on every single promise made. I couldn't ask for more. Don't waste your time on the sales floor at Carr Subaru, but DO email Vijay and let him know if you're in the market for a new Subaru. You won't be disappointed!

I was working with multiple dealers, looking for a specific vehicle, options, price, and trade in value. I do not like dealerships, and preferred to do as much as I could via email... prior to going to the dealership. Carr Subaru is FANTASTIC... Both Vijay in sales, and Edgar in finance were lovely to work with, and I have already recommended them HIGHLY. Vijay was super attentive to my needs and preferences, and went out of his way to honor the way I wanted to buy a car. As much as there is a closer dealership to me, where I COULD go for service, I will go back to Carr and give their service a try too. Thanks Carr Subaru for making an unpleasant chore, a delight... Better experience this time

We had a terrible experience at this dealership 10 years ago when we bought our first Subaru. The experience was similar to other more recent reviews of "hard sell" car sales tactics at this dealership. We ended up buying elsewhere that time. We swore we'd never go back. This time, we checked all dealerships in the area via the Internet & e-mail to see a) who would respond, b) how quickly they would respond, and c) how close their quote would be (if they provided one) to what we knew a reasonable deal should be. Carr was the first to respond, their deal was by far the lowest for comparable features, and they had the biggest selection in stock from which to choose. Their Internet/fleet salesperson was very low-key, only worked by appointment, and gave us his lowest price out of the gate (which we knew through research was a reasonable and fair deal). There was absolutely no pressure. We ended up purchasing the car and were in and out in about 3 hours (including the time test driving the vehicle). While I'm quite certain there are still some old-school sales shenanigans going on there (as evidenced by the wolves lurking outside the showroom door), do yourself a favor and give their Internet process a try. It ended up saving us a bunch of time and while it's possible we could have negotiated another couple of hundred bucks by spending 7-10 days running from dealership to dealership, we didn't feel it was worth it.

Do not trust Carr Subaru Sales

Do not trust the sales people at this dealership. When arriving you will initially talk with a friendly (and likely very uniformed)'junior' sales agent, when the negotiations start you will be transferred to a 'professional [violative content deleted]' sales agent. I was given incorrect information about several elements of the deal and then completely lied to. Be very wary of the sales agents who call themselves 'Persian', they are slick and are not to be trusted. The service department, on the other hand is pretty good and been helpful.

Old school unless you use their internet unit

My brief visit to these folks reminded me of an Old school dealer, with usual trappings, some sales pressures and markups on the cars they had. There were also no provisions for buyers who ended up with a Lemon (Oregon has no lemon laws). All they succeeded in doing was drive me elsewhere.
