I got a wonderful sales person named Dejon on my first call to set up a test drive. Took my grandaughter with me and we loved the Jeep from the very start. I already knew I wanted one of these and Devon made the the experience so easy and pleasant. I told her what I wanted and two weeks later I’m in my wonderful new Jeep! First time buying a car on my own so a little anxiety at first but quickly went away after working with Dejon

Last time I took my jeep in to a different dealer, they kept it for almost 6 weeks. This time I took it to Southpoint and got it back the next business day. They had to replace an inner axl seal, which is a pretty big job, but still knocked it out quickly!

Poor service and communication

Took 2022 for oil change and they found work that needed completed. We was going to pick up truck take to location we purchased the truck at (Glover). Southpoint said they could do the warranty work and order parts but would take 5 days to get. Parts came in and then they called said they could not do the work because Glover had installed 2” leveling kit and custom tires and rims. This was a TRX purchased new with the upgrades by Glover. The issue was the CVS axles. Remember Southpoint found and pointed out issue said it was covered under warranty but did not honor. So week later we picked up and took to Glover. Should have taken to Glover to begin with.

Repairs done right the first time. Only issue was they took approximately 3 weeks to complete the work. Rebuilt front end suspension and all four brakes. My 2008 Charger has 325,000 miles so it needed some TLC Rides like a new car again. Ready for next 300,000 miles

Unbelievably Bad. It took over two full days for an oil change. $140 for an oil change is way out of line. Terrible communication. Even when we reached out via the supplied text - no response. Tried calling multiple times for an update and was put on perpetual hold.

Poor communication, lack of trust

I have no confidence in the recommendations which were made for additional services. I asked for a specific time table for how long the repair would take and was told days to weeks, which makes it extremely difficult to schedule a rental car. I was told the broken part was allowing oil to leak, but I've never seen oil beneath my car and I park in a garage.
