CarMax Tulsa - Now offering Express Pickup

I went to car max after having an awful experience with one of the local chevy dealers. I had good credit but not much credit history. Other dealers were telling me they could help me but when they were unable to they stopped answering my phone calls instead of telling me up front and honestly. I messaged Carmax through their website and I spoke with a real live person AT THE DEALERSHIP within fifteen minutes. The man I spoke with, Brad D., worked very hard that evening getting all my info and finding me financing before I even came into the dealership. He found me something within my price range with a very low down payment. My car search started because of an unexpected and sudden loss of transportation and I had no time to save up. So the low down payment was very important. Brad made it very clear what documents I needed to bring with me and set up an appointment for the next day. When I came in the next afternoon I was met by Brad and he got to work showing me the car and some other cars that were also in my price range. After making a decision he promptly got to work putting in my paperwork. I was missing a few key documents but carmax had computers for use that allowed me to view and print the documents I lacked right there. My insurance agency insisted on assessing the vehicle before approving me for coverage, so Brad went with me in the car to the agency and we got that taken care of quickly. While Brad was finalizing all my paperwork the sales manager spoke with me about my experience and explained to me clearly their business plan which ensured my pleasant experience. Lastly, Brad went with me to sign the final paperwork and the lady who went over it with me was very clear and answered all my questions. Overall, I cannot believe how quick and honest this car buying experience was. I doubt I will ever go anywhere else to buy a car. Did I mention I had my three year old son with me the entire time? He was perfectly happy to play in their kid's room while we took care of business and ALL of the salesmen were very pleasant to me and my son. I am now the proud owner of a carmax vehicle!
