onI purchased a 2012 Nissan from Stuteville Feb 6th. I also purchased a $892 warranty. When buying I asked if the car had ever been hit and the salesman told me no. A couple days later a loud knocking started in the rear. I still hadn't received my title or paperwork back after 2 weeks so I called and had to go pick it up myself. There was no warranty with it. I told the dealer the car needed to be serviced already to find out what the knocking was. They would not honor the warranty they sold me until I had a warranty card in hand but it would be 30-45 days before I receive it. I ordered a Carfax report today and found the car had in fact had a front end impact in November. Now the car is parked because the warranty Stuteville sold me is worthless for at least a month. The salesman was untruthful and the warranty won't be honored. What kind of local dealer does this to a customer? I will never buy from them again or recommend them. This experience was worse than buying from a used car dealer.
