Excellent service!

by randy_reagh on 12/29/2016

I visited dealership and spoke with Lonny Barker. Rep was very understanding and statutes on task to meet my needs. Although I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership, it wasn't for a lack hats work and dedication on the sells reps behalf. My credit is horrible, their inventory didn't contain what I was looking for.

The above title is the only way to describe Keystone Chevrolet. Not once in my life have I been swindled so badly as I have with them. It's moderately anticipated with many "buy here pay here" lots. However... with a "name" dealership? I think not. The staff is the embodiment of the term "crooked". I bought a vehicle from them a several months ago. In the first month I owned it, I was able to drive a total of three days because it's a lemon. I've returned it four times and had to stay on them persistently for three weeks to get anything accomplished. Since then, I've had other problems and contacted the service director. "Fix it yourself. It's cheaper than the gas to get here." That's what he told me VERBATIM. It's understandable that bad things happen. That's fine if they are willing to make it right. What's not acceptable is their overall incompetence, dishonesty, and EXTREMELY unprofessional overall conduct. Look at the reviews on this website or many others. You'll find a certain staff member stays VERY busy doing damage control and commenting on most reviews offering empty condolences to customers' grievances. Why would a dealership need that if it were nothing but random people "trolling"? There's a very obvious reason... isn't there, ma'am? CONSUMER BEWARE of doing business with this dealership. Hopefully if you're reading this, you'll have better luck than I did, or just flat out STAY AWAY.

Car dealership Hell

by justjoel on 02/25/2008

I recently had the nightmare of doing business with the people at this dealership. My wife and I traded in a Nissan Sentra and we drove a hard bargain to get maximum value for our trade. The floor manager was not pleased and sassed us on the showroom floor. The key to the vehicle had some tape on it, which the salesman assured us was not broken but for holding the "switchblade" type key closed. Upon removing the tape later at home the key assembly fell apart and cost $200 get get a new key made because of the computer chip in it. Fast forward 3 months later, my wife receives a letter informing her of a bench warrant for her arrest for unpaid tickets in Stillwater, Oklahoma. We have never been to Stillwater much less gotten tickets from there. We found out later that the dealership had sold the vehicle without making sure the Tags and Title were transfered. So the new owner is driving around accumulating tickets and getting warrants issued on my wife. Had we been stopped by the police for any reason my wife might have had to spend the night in jail. We called them and they said it was not their problem. If you want to go to jail for something you didn't do and waste your time and money fixing it, go to this dealership they'll fix you right up.
