Misleading Advertising

Very dishonest dealership. Vehicle was advertised as having new tires. Upon inspection, tires were far from new. Dealer would not honor their advertisement. Check your paperwork too. Asked for a bill of sale before committing to purchase and the mileage on vehicle was under represented. Tried to work with them and have tires replaced as the original ad misleadingly stated. Sales person hung up on me. No follow through from dealer. Meantime my credit was pulled for nothing. Total disregard for online purchasing, which is obscene especially with COVID requiring a new way to conduct business. Take your money elsewhere. We certainly are.

Perfect Experience

Absolutely no problems. I walked in, told them what I wanted and I walked out less than one hour later with the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted (the same price advertised on their website which is rarely the case at other dealers). Nice work! And kudos to Kia for their $400.00 Military Bonus offer. Very much appreciated!
