My kids have been doing busincess with Fergson Buick for several years and they have been very happy with their experiences. I have been assured by Randy W. that I would also receive that same excellent service. After many attempts to find a truck and not willing to pay the inflated prices, we found Ferguson Buick GMC in Norman OK. Even though it was out of state and over 500 miles away the experience was worth the drive! Thank you Billy for doing the work over the phone and getting the deal done. They made an offer and took our trade site unseen and we bought site unseen. Trust is a big factor when making a $$$$ purchase. We would consider the drive again and would absolutely ask to work with salesman Billy Gruver. It truly was a 5 star experience!!!

Vehicle doesn't have half the options listed, was told from salesman, "our IT guys just throw that standard stuff on there." If it was "standard" wouldn't it be on the vehicle instead of me still looking?

DO NOT buy from this dealership. We purchased a 2012 Ford F-150. The truck messed up within 12 hours of purchasing it. The salesman bragged about how the truck was in perfect condition and did not have any mechanical issues. I purchased a warranty from the dealership. I was told by the finance manager that the truck was covered bumper to bumper. It has been over a month and the truck is still not fixed. The dealership in my hometown called the warranty company to verify coverage and they said it wasn’t covered. Do not buy from this dealership because they can’t be trusted

Took family to look at a truck Like the truck wanted to make a deal. Told salesman how much wanted to spend. Salesman disappeared for 20 minutes so thinking he is trying to make my deal happen. Came back said his mangers said no best deal on line. Then requested information to take to my bank. Salesman said okay needed a couple of signatures to hold vehicle till Monday. He then sent me to the finical office to as he say to get the papers without scribble numbers on it, After waiting another 20-25 minutes I had a bad feeling something wasn't right so I left. On my way home it hit me I had send that truck in a ad. Come to find out a week ago the price of that same truck had dropped 1000 dollars. The deal I was trying to get was half of that. Just goes to show you salesmen will I say some salesmen are only out for their on advancement. Atleast when you go to some car lots you know side dealers salesmen are crooked but not supposedly a highly respected dealership as Ferguson. JUst shows maybe all the same......smh

The Ferguson Superstore in OK quoted me a price on a Yukon SLT, negotiated my trade and it wasn't until my final counter offer that the manager called me to say, "I'm sorry, the vehicle you have been negotiating for all day (and had two signed offers from the dealer by the way) was "mispriced online." Do you want a lesser model with a different color for the one you negotiated?" You have to be kidding me. I have pictures to prove the offers if you want them, [contact info removed]. I'm happy to send them and send you the entire text train between me and the dealership to save you the pain from working with this dealer. They are the ultimate of [non-permissible content removed] and this was a scam I never thought I would be victim to. I have contacted my lawyers with the signed offers and am seeking legal council with regard to this maltreatment and abuse.

I have had my Suburban in to this dealer twice for service. I find them to be very quick and efficient. Appointments are available in a timely mannor and the work is done quickly while you wait. The prices for most items seem reasonable and they sent me a coupon for a free oil change. Even though I have a Chevy I return here since I purchased it used here.

The salesman at this dealership was very wish washy. They would quote us a price on something and we would agree to it- then they would come back 2 minutes later and say,,, Whoops, I quoted you the wrong price and want to raise his offer. He spent a lot of his time talking about his marriage and personal problems which should have been left at home and not brought into the car deal. When we purchased the vehicle it did not have a few features that we wanted so we got them to agree to install them in the vehicle. We bought the vehicle on a Monday and was told we would have a call the next day to give us the time frame but that it should only be about 3 days before we could have everything installed and take the vehicle home. I had to call the dealer Wednesday after noon to get the status- when his response was " Well are you in need of a vehicle".... hello,, I just signed the paper work and bought a new one on Monday- of course I am in need of a vehicle.. Then he told me he just got to work and would have to check to see if they got the equipment ordered and would call me back.. Thats where we are at right now.. just waiting for another phone call.. Id have to say that this has not been a postive experience so far.
