This review is for a purchase that took place in late 2008. I saw the vehicle I wanted at the dealership, it was 1 year old and seemed to be in fair shape for its age except for parking brake but I was promised it would be fixed upon sale. I had the salesman prepare the paperwork for an agreed upon price. Before I even got home with it that evening the service engine light came on and it stalled out, when I got home I bought a carfax for it (I should have before purchase I know) and discovered It had been in an accident involving a rollover (wich was not disclosed to me) and after seeing the service records for several repeat repairs I tried to return the vehicle to the dealership. After almost a week of fighting with them and finally having to get a lawyer they "happily" took back the vehicle and refunded my down payment. The same day and from thier parking lot I called [another dealership] and got a ride from thier shuttle to thier dealership and bought the same vehicle brand new for $1000 more and have been very happy ever since.
