MB ML 350 - Great Experience (customer from Delaware)

I had a great experience dealing with MB of Willoughby, especially with Craig T. Craig was very prompt in replying to my internet inquiry, specific to ML350. He has provided more details about ML350 and followed up with phone calls. It looks like, this dealer takes all internet inquiries very seriously and they follow up. My trip from Delaware to Willoughby, OH was worthwhile. For sure, WYSOIWYG ('What You See On the Internet is What you Get) at this dealer. I purchased ML350 and am happy about my SUV and service. I strongly recommend this dealer, especially Craig Thompson. Craig, Thank you for your help. Andy, Thank you for the follow up when Craig was out.

I went here back in October and ordered a CLA 250 to my specs. They were awesome enough to customize a car they had already ordered, getting me what I wanted in half the time. It was awesome. They didn't jack up the price of the car at signing time(my first time buying a Mercedes / new car), or try to push me into buying anything I didn't want. I was also impressed I could order the exact car with the exact options I wanted, for a car I was going to lease. Way to go on that MB. I've bought a few cars in my time and Craig T. was honestly the best salesman I've dealt with. He couldn't have been nicer or more pleasant, was available to answer the few questions I had when I had them after I ordered, and just made the whole experience better. And the car is great too. Would definitely recommend this dealer.

found a great car on-line, stopped in took it for a couple of drives, Sales team took great care of me, we reached a deal and i was driving it out same day/night, Graig/sales and Luke in finance took good care of me, they found financing to beat the pre-approved deal i had so i not only saved money monthly i also drove the car home that day Thanks alot guys, i would recommend you guys to anyone Mike H

I was recently in the market for a new Mercedes GLK 350 and reached out to several Mercedes Benz dealerships looking for a specific model. I had the opportunity to speak with several sales associates at three different dealerships and decided that Leikin Motor was the best choice. The Sales Associate, Matt Morris, was definitely the best, and most thorough of the individuals I spoke with. He took the time to understand my needs and requests to find the right vehicle. The Leikin Motors dealership was the furthest of the three from where I live, and I chose them to handle my new car purchase, due to their customer service and attention to detail. Matt had the most knowledge and experience in the vehicle I wanted, and followed up promptly. Once we identified the GLK I wanted, Matt introduced me to Michael Leikin to purchase the vehicle I wanted at my target price I handled most of the process online, and by phone, since my schedule limited my availability to travel out to the dealership from the far west suburbs. Matt used all of his resources and knowledge to answer my many questions and helped me to make this car buying experience the best I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend Matt and the Leikin team if you are in the market for a new Mercedes Benz. Their professionalism, knowledge, customer service and follow through was exceptional. This was my second purchase at the dealership. After a negative experience with another area dealer it was refreshing to experience a straight-forward, no pressure sale. The staff was very accommodating and made sure the thoroughly answer all my questions and use my time wisely. I will definitely continue to use the dealer for my sales and service needs.

Beware if you are a State of Ohio Driver! My salesperson did not give me the courtesy option of placing a front bumper license plate bracket on my car. If he had, I would not have driven my car off the lot without one. It is illegal to drive in Ohio without a front license plate. Unfortunately I was issued a ticket. Also, the body shop manager and the president of the dealership need to take lessons on how not to be condescending or dismissive to women. They also need to listen to their customers first, without being defensive. After I purchased my car I was caught in a hail storm. The paint was chipped off in several areas of my car. Their body shop failed to notify me and my insurance company that my car needed additional work beyond what my insurance examiner found. Needless to say the additional work was not done and I was not happy. I will never use Leikin again for anything!

Purchased a 2007 Mercedes a little over a year ago, and the process was a breeze. Craig guided me through every step of the process - even prior to the test drive. Everybody was extremely professional and answered every question I had. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Leiken.

Worst and most unprofessional dealership in OH!

Dealer would not return cash down deposit on a vehicle that was not purchased. They would not negotiate on trade-in value. Their service department has a horrible reputation. Overall, this is a smaller dealership and one would think they would go the extra mile to earn business... WRONG! Stay away from this place, other dealerships in the area are much more professional and ready/willing to do more for their customers than this unfriendly dealership.
