Great experience buying an Escape Platinum

Told salesman Alex exactly what i wanted. He searched online and found one 360 miles away. He brought it to this dealer. When i arrived the paperwork was ready, the car was clean and sitting out front. Alex explained how everything worked and i was ready to go. Love the car and this dealer. I cannot ask for a better experience buying a car. My sales rep (Alex Hill) was very helpful and patient with me. I told him what I was looking for, my payments that I could handle and he found the perfect SUV for me. He made sure my Mazda CX5 was detailed, clean and ready for pick up. Made me feel like family

I purchased a vehicle from auto nation in the spring of 2023. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience! Super friendly and accommodating everyone was! When I got in an accident and needed a new car not even a year later I knew exactly where to go! The team at auto nation took care of me and made me feel like family once again! Making a very stressful experience worry free! I wasn’t just a number they made me feel like they genuinely cared. They were able to provide another car with such a great deal and super fast!! Highly recommend them!!!

New Car buyer

My experience was great! I have never felt so comfortable, relaxed and non pressured when buying a car. My needs/wants in a new vehicle was Dennis Spangolo's #1 priority. Jesse Cook the Finance manager made the paperwork almost a pleasure and made sure to explain any questions I had in the paperwork. If I need another car I will be going back to AutoNation.

Huge disappointment

The sales staff did a phenomenal with the purchase of my wife’s new vehicle, however, the parts department dropped the ball and overcharged by 30% from what I could’ve bought it from online through Ford directly. Service department has been even worse and has left Vehicle in a shambles with no response from them about repairing the damage they have done I will buy from the dealer again, but will never ever take it to their service department again.

I brought my car in they checked it out and said that the part I needed was on backorder and they would call me as soon as it came in. It came in a week later I took my car in and asked them if I could have it by 2:00 and they said yes. My car was ready by noon. No more transmission light no more check engine light ran smooth everything was beautiful. Hats off to them outstanding job!!!

I purchased a 2013 Prius V. I live in Philadelphia so it was a little difficult. I flew into Cleveland and Santi, my sales guy picked me up at the airport on his day off. I also dealt with Earl. Everything went smoothly and I was driving back home within an hour. Car is perfect and would definitely recommend.A++++

I can't speak highly enough of the service at this location. I've leased many vehicles from this location. Although I don't drive many miles....I often service my cars at this location because they treat me right. This last appointment was for an oil change. They make sure to get me prompt appointments around my hectic schedule. They are always friendly and very helpful. From making appointments, great communication and response, attentive service and returning my car clean!!!! Matt Siford in the service department is very helpful - and I always appreciate his assistance
