Awful Service Experience

After buying almost 50 cars from this dealership I can honestly say that I would NEVER go back. Their Service Department is awful. They nickel and dime you for everything, cannot diagnose your vehicle accurately and employ individuals who should not be in customer service. After clearly breaking 2 parts on my car, they denied it, told me that I can no longer do business at their dealership and hung up on me. Now, this was after the cashier swore at me! There are lots of great dealerships out there, but this is not one of them!
