From beginning to the end of the deal Lance Blanton was just the sweetest guy ever. He walked me through step by step process of everything that was going on. I was so lost before he came along. Lance is very intelligent when it comes to cars and business. He's very professional and caring. I would recommend everyone to come do business with him.

Went car shopping on a holiday weekend....made it to Montrose the 2nd day and never looked elsewhere. Our salesman Bill Reichert was fabulous, answered all of our questions , had a lot of patience and was very accommodating. We thought about what he showed us and bought the Jeep on Monday. Way to go Montrose Kia-Great job Bill!!!

Our shopping experience could not been any easier because Naomi Goolsby was patient and listened to our needs, and there was never any pressure to buy which enhance our experience. Naomi even setup a time to sell us another Kia within the next three months when we plan to buy a second car. Her customer service was outstanding plus the rest of the team was friendly and courteous. I am definitely Team Naomi for all my family and friends car buying needs!!!!! I just bought a brand new 2016 Kia Soul thanks to Olivia Kennady at Montrose Kia in Sheffield, Ohio! I highly recommend going to Olivia for whatever your car buying needs are! She made me feel very comfortable and listened to all of my concerns! She even made it a fun experience because she has a great sense of humor! I brought in my 2010 Kia Soul to trade and the color of it is called Java...like coffee. After her hard work in managing to get me a deal for a new Kia Soul, the one she decided to bring me to take for a test drive (and the one I actually purchased from her), the color was called Latte brown! She was so excited to bring it to me! It was great! Thank you so much Olivia for such a fantastic experience!

I had an amazing experience! My sales man was Reggie Morales!! He did everything and above to help me get my wonderful car!! i never expected to leave with one that day but i did and so thankful to him! He was incredibly nice and went that extra mile to help me out to get a safe car and affordable price! I don't think if i had gone anywhere else would i have had a better experience!

My husband and I walked into Montrose Kia looking for a new vehicle.. Bill Reichert greeted us and listened to our needs. We needed a MIRACLE. He worked half a day on our behalf trying to make that miracle work. He called us later and told us, come in and pick up your TWO new cars. Not only did he work his magic but he was patient and attentive to our needs. We will be coming back for any car needs in the future. Thanks Bill, you are the best!!!

If you're in Northeast Ohio looking for a new or used vehicle and have not gone to Montrose Kia, then you're doing yourself a disservice. My sales rep Nathan Powell helped me pick the right vehicle for me and Bill Cooke helped me finance even though my credit is less than perfect. The facility looked amazing and everyone did everything possible to give me the best vehicle sales experience possible. Do yourself a favor and stop by Montrose Kia in Sheffield

Naomi Goolsby was absolutely awesome. She was very patient during the process and got straight to the point. No run around at all!! She got me a great deal that is affordable and I felt comfortable signing off on it. If you're a first time buyer talk to her because she is very understanding and will get you everything you need/want with no hassle. I would definitely go back to Montrose Kia and request her.

Jonathan Visalden made the car buying experience with Montrose Kia in Sheffield as seamless as humanly possible. He holds an infectious personality, which is eager to please, and makes you feel that nothing you do could be an inconvenience or problem. I was well over an hour late for my scheduled appointment, and not by choice, but Jonathan was able to push beyond that minor setback to still seal the deal! I would be remiss not to mention "David" in finance, the one with the English accent. He was so sweet and kind, wish all Finance reps were just like him!!!
