I'm handicapped and have trouble walking, they did everything they could so I didn't have to walk far, also pulled the vehicle I purchased right up to the door so I could get right in it. My friend was with me and said when she's ready to buy a car, this is where she will come.

I was contacted by Nelda several months ago and the conversation was very pleasant and non-aggressive as with many sales calls. I informed her of my plans and timing of life events and she didn't harass me, but gave me the allotted time requested. She informed my salesman, Arnaldo Rivera of my intentions to purchase. I've worked with Arnaldo for my previous 2 Kia purchases and was very pleased with the service provided including that of the Finance Team. Upon entering Halleen Kia all staff are friendly, helpful and have great team spirit. You always come back to a place where you are made to feel a part of the family and I enjoy that type of service.
