My wife and I were experimenting car trouble with one of our vehicles so we decided to trade both of our vehicles in for one car. Charlie Cypher was the Salesman that approached us coming through the door. I liked and respected him after hearing him say he's worked with Tom Ahl for 27 years. We spent all day together going over the best options for a maintence problem. He helped us and voiced his honest opinion to help out situation the best he could. He found extra discounts and more money on our trades than expected. I strongly recommend seeing him when purchasing a new vehicle. I look forward to working with Tom Ahl and Charlie I'm the future!

I scheduled a test drive of a used vehicle earlier after confirming availability. When I get to the dealership the salesman that I meeting for the test drive is with a couple sign paper for the vehicle I was schedule to test drive. I also had contacted a sales associate on the vehicle three days earlier but I was told the vehicle needed serviced and could not test drive until later in the week. It was very unprofessional to sell the vehicle to a walk in couple after I had had several conversations with a sales associate throughout the week trying to setup a time to test drive.

Ted was a great and very knowledgeable salesperson. Friendly and low pressure. Car was detailed and full gas tank and didn't even have to ask. Great service and pleasant experience buying a used vehicle. Worth the hour and half drive from Springfield!

Went to Tam Ahl dealership on January 24th to buy a new car for my wife. Bill Hoffman was the sales consultant that help me. He was very helpful, and was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. After I purchased the car he went over every option that came with the car. I was so impressed with his help, that after I came back from vacation, I went back to Tom Ahl and purchased another used car for myself. Again I went to Bill and he was just as helpful as before. He went out of his way to put me in the right car for my needs. I would highly recommend Tom Ahl dealership for your new car or used car purchase, and especially I would recommend Bill Hoffman. Tom Ahl has won me over as a very satisfied customer, and I whall return for my next purchase.

I went to Tom Ahl because I found a Fusion Hybrid on Auto Trader. The dealership was about a two hour drive in the rain, but well worth it. I arrived slightly before closing time and did a test drive. It was a great vehicle and I ended up purchasing, but once out of the rain I noticed some issues, such as a chip in the windshield, and minor rust. After returning home, my salesman, Charlie Cypher, sent a man to pick up my car and do the repairs, while leaving me a rental. I couldn't believe they were willing to drive this far to take care of me. I feel they went above and beyond what any other dealership would do. They also have a beautiful showroom. After this experience I am spoiled for car dealerships...

Searching the internet in a 300 mile radius from where we live, we found a 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible with very low miles at the Tom Ahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership, on Cars.com. My wife and I came from 4 hours away because of extra steps the dealership went to. We noticed on the FREE Carfax report provided on cars.com, they had already put in a new battery, put on new tires and new brake pads both front and rear! I was impressed that they did that without having to be asked! It is evident that they value their customers and want to make sure their vehicles are worry free! Matt St., our sales consultant, has never met us in person! Through email, he sent extra pictures, and helped us get financing so we wouldn't have to worry about orchestrating things from Lexington. He was awesome to work with and answered all of our questions quickly! Mindi, the Business Manager, was thorough about the deal and made the closing process easy and hassle free! She helped us choose a reasonably priced extended warranty that we could use at our local Chrysler dealership. Although Matt was out of town the day we came up, EVERYONE there was helpful and friendly. Most of all genuine. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed into a decision. A lot of attention has been paid to the dealership itself. It was attractive, clean, and uniquely decorated. It was definitely worth the trip! I drove almost two hours to come to this dealership and see their vehicles...I'm glad I did. What a great team of employees they have! I ended up purchasing a used vehicle from the Hyundai dealership, but my salesman was from the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership, as that is where I started. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did everything in his power to help me and I appreciate every bit of it. I love my new vehicle! I highly recommend this dealership. It was well worth the two hour drive! You can't get this kind of service anywhere.

My wife and I had driven through the car lot the week before looking at different models and fell in love with the 2013 Chrysler 300. We returned on the next Saturday and were greeted by one of the salesman, Bob S.. What a great person he turned out to be. By the time we had test driven two different 300's, one with RWD and the other with AWD we decided to purchase the AWD 2013 model. Bob was so helpful in all aspects of the buying process. My wife and I were very impressed. We had not bought a new vehicle in 12 years and alot can change in that length of time and it had. But Bob and the finance person, Jeremy made it so easy to do and understand. We had bought a car from Tom A. years ago and was always treated fair and square on any issues that came up. So in about two and a half hours later we were driving home in our brand new Chrysler 300. What a pleasant experience. Thanks Bob,Jeremy, and Tom for all your help. Doug and Mary Hahn
