Scheduled regular “The Works” service and an alignment check. Dealer set day and time. After arrival dealer performed “The Works” but said there was no tech available for the alignment. Had to reschedule the alignment, but now looking at other options. Always had good experience with this dealer previously. Disappointed.

2011 Buick Lucerne purchase

I found the car on the dealer's website,and liked how clean it appeared for the sale price.I drove it and thought it was a good buy,especially after working with Mike,my salesman,and getting the price down lower.Have had no problems since with it.It's started even in the zero degree weather I've had here.

Tire sensor

They did everything well except they can't or won't fix the tire sensor problems. Drive for about 15min and the left front sensor fails them resets in about 15min. They can rotate the tires but the problem doesn't move. Stays left front. This is a 2021 truck and it has been in the shop several times.

Very good dealship to work with. Our salesman was amazing at every aspect of the process. We did buy a used car and it is nice. We are having issues with the car that needs addressed. Hopefully we can get that fixed and it will last a while. Would still buy from them again.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service on both of our vehicles. While rotating the tires on our Ford Escape a small scratch was made on one of the wheels. The service manager showed me the mark and offered to replace the wheel. The mark was so small we would have never noticed it. We declined the offer to replace the wheel, but did thank the folks for their honesty.

Lazy

My 2015 Ford Mustang GT that has 28,000 miles is making a horrible noise when you put it in reverse and turn the wheel. Bob Boyd first told me it would be 3 weeks before I could have an appointment for a warranty issue. Then once they got my car, they could not "hear" the noise. My son had to go and show them. Then they just said that I needed an alignment and new tires. Again, the car has 28,000 miles on it. Why does it need tires. They told me that the rear tires were still good. They never moved the "good" tires up front to see if the noise was still happening. I did that when I got the car after them having it for a week and did nothing. The car is still making the noise. If they can't charge you for the work - they don't want to do it.

Bought my vehicle from them had all kinds of problems with it and because I didn't get a warranty on it I couldn't do anything about it except take it to them less than two months after purchase for repairs paid for that and it still wasn't right
