Car is a Lemon and Dealership Doesn't Care

My husband just bought a new 2009 Pontiac G5 two weeks ago. After just 57 miles the car wouldn't start. He waited 15 minutes and tried again and the car started. We just thought it was a problem with the keyless entry. At 157 miles the car wouldn't start again. The car was towed to a local dealership (because he was out of town) and the theft system was replaced. Now at 204 miles the car would not start again. The dealership replaced the starter. After two trips to the shop, the inconvenience of the trips to the dealership, and 2 days of missed work the car wouldn't start yet again last night. Bob Clyse Dealership has provided him a rental car both times, yet charged him for gas. He was left stranded at work this last time. When trying to reach Bob Clyse or to talk to someone about exchanging the car or paying the loan so we can purchase something else he is"unavailable." After 3 unsuccessful attempts to repair the car we are eligible to file a Lemon Law suit in the state of Ohio.
